The company I work for, Air Assurance Company, uses NetLink and we have had the best service from them. Whenever I or my coworkers have had an issue there has been no waiting. We are treated as if we are a priority and every technician has been friendly and knowledgeable. They work around our schedule for updates and repairs are done immediately. I would recommend NetLink to any company, big or small.**Update** It has been another year of wonderful service from NetLink, and our company has had so much information given from the team to help keep us safe. They helped in our conversion, which was a nightmare due to the other company, and helped to gap in the lack of training our company had received. They test our employees and our system for vulnerabilities then helps us to guard against them. If you're looking for a new company for tech support, I'd definitely suggest NetLink.
