I came in because my battery was acting up. I couldn’t find my receipt and the order wouldn’t pull up by my phone number. Talan diligently went thru receipts for that sku and found it. Then, he went out into the cold and spent 10 minutes replacing it for me (it’s on a very tight spot)! Amazing! Perfect attitude and world class service! What else could you ask for??

Parts Clark didn’t give me the correct part, nor part number. The part number they gave me shows out of stock in their store and referred me to another store across town their main hub which also didn’t have any in stock.

The worse service I have ever received. Went to do an exchange (not a refund) and they couldn't find me in the system so they wouldn't exchange the product. However, two other O'Reilly Auto Parts store were able to find me in the system and I was told by the manager that I need to go back to the orignal store. So I did and they took care of me and even apologized for the lazy manager in Broken Arrow off of Elm. If you have an issue in Broken Arrow, don't go to O'Reilly's!
