Really liked the tech that tried to help me but I left very frustrated
Policy for dead battery replacement is like no other I’ve experienced.
Jumped the car let it charge for 30 minutes then went back to see about a new battery
Their policy is to charge the battery themselves to determine if it will hold a charge
After 40 minutes I was told it was not holding a charge but that they would need to continue charging it for at least an hour more before they could confirm that it was dead and replace it.
Battery is 14 months old.
I left with the same battery and won’t be coming back again
This is supposed to have a 3year limited warranty
It’s clearly dead folks just replace it for whatever fee. Jeez

I went in tonight to buy a battery and I had called prior to see if they could replace my battery. After looking it up, Max said it stated that it may not be able to be done because it says it may be difficult and require it be done at a shop but he thinks he could do it. Once I get there, the nice man at the counter stated he didn’t think they could but I waited for Max. He did it within 15-20 minutes no problem. He was super helpful and his customer service was outstanding!

I called up there because Braums drive thru has been closed and their phones were not working. Mike was kind enough to go outside and check if cars were going thru the drive thru for me. Thank you Mike!

My FJ Cruiser passenger brake light went out, so I needed to replace it. I watched a video online because it’s behind the factory sub, and it looked daunting. The guys at O’R helped me install it with ease. They had all the tools necessary, and what would have taken me 30 min - took them 5. I appreciate their help, and I’ll always make their store MY store. Thanks again, gents.

Personally I would shop at O'REILLY even if they were $2-$20 more expensive depending upon the part. There's a point in quality service and another one ripping someone off
Here's why I feel this way, I have never been in O'REILLY and needed help because Anytime You Go Through The Door someone tries to say hello and ask if you need help. Advanced Auto Parts is my Runner Up. If they are by the door even helping someone, they prove to you that you are important to them.
If you go to a register and you have 2 or 3 people in front of you, you get a comment, "I'll be right with you in a minute" or something
similar. Same with O'REILLY Auto Parts. If you have a bad experience, ask yourself if you were disrespectful or if you could have had a look of. I don't need anyone's help.
AutoZone Auto Parts is the worst, I've been in there begging for help looking up a part - being the only 1 in the store and they don't want to help you spend your money. I admit I'm going off of 1 location many times roughly 20 years ago. They give me nothing but bad memories because of it all.
p.s. I have never been employed by either of the 3. I don't remember where I shopped in the Kansas City Area, Columbus Kansas, or even in Tennessee. Furthermore I've now been paralyzed 25 years and I'm basing this off all of these years.

Way past due, the guys in here are always great. They seem to genuinely care about the people coming in and out. Doing what’s best for the client. If there’s an issue the help trouble shoot it, they provide solutions, and also lend hands. Great place that I will always go back to.

Helpful enough. Got in and out pretty quick. I like I can rent tools here for free and they were in pretty good shape.
