I went to Passion Nails for the first time today, and absolutely loved the service. My friend and I went right after work and they didn’t rush us at all. They close at 7pm and we got there at 6:20pm.I got a Spa Pedicure, and the dipping powder on my nails. My friend got the dipping powder and her eyebrows done.! I will be going back to Passion Nails!!

Worst salon experience. Ever for me.
Recent cancer diagnosis, and the only thing my pedicure lady said to me was… “what is wrong with your mole” uhm maam that is melanoma cancer. Thank you. Having it cut off in 2 weeks. No words to me besides that.
On top of that my $28 pedicure turned into $43 at the register? How I’m not sure..
I’ll stick to lush nail bar. Passion is closer to my house, but absolutely uncomfortable in there, people are absolutely RUDE.. prices change every time. Lush never changes prices and is VERY nice!
$111 for me and my 8 year old bc apparently shellac nail and toe for an 8 year old is $76 😆

This place is awful! My manicure looks terrible! My feet were completely done and somehow she realized, I ask for gel, so then before I knew What happened , she started taking off the paint !
Then I waited for her to start over and do gel! I never would have removed the paint once finished! Poor communication and then she filed my nails like a child did it for me! This is unacceptable I paid 98 dollars!!! Save your money folks!

The tech I had was rushing through my manicure, and when it got to the point of having my nails dry, she just put a top coat rather than put them under the dryer. I asked her why she didn’t put my nails under the dryer and she didn’t seem to understand me. I went to pay; and sure enough my nails were messed up because they were still wet. Shocker! I pointed it out and she looked confused and then fixed it when another employee came over. Then surprise, used the dryer.
The nail color I chose has faded color in the past days since I went. Sloppy and rushed work by this tech.

I’ve been coming here since 2023. I use to love it. Everyone was so friendly and it was always a good experience. The last 3 times I’ve come have been rude staff, telling me the colors or what I want they don’t like and making me pick something else (why do you have the colors in your options if you don’t like to use them??) or it’s very rushed even though I get there an hour and half before close.
This last session was the final straw. She hardly spoke to me besides to tell me she didn’t like the color I picked from the selection this establishment provides and made me pick a different one.
She had plenty of time to talk on her cell phone while doing my nails but not check in with me to see if I even like the color she made me pick.

Absolutely love coming here! All the staff is super friendly and the pedicures feel so good mixed with the massage chairs!!! The only place I come with my daughter for a girls’ day!

After being treated rudely at another salon and being told to leave when asked if they could fix the acrylic (it was lumpy and uneven) this salon took my daughter in a heartbeat and fixed her nails with compassion and kindness. I was shaken up from the experience at the other salon and they did not judge and greated us with warmth and patience - not to mention the nails look great! I will be returning when my daughter is ready for a fill and pedicures!
