Mickey needs extensive training in customer service, especially in virtual or phone interactions. Planet Fitness is a scam organization that does not want their customers to leave, and will make it excessively difficult to end the contract obligations. Jesus Christ, take the ungrateful, millennial, whiny attitude out of your customer service mouth.

The staff at Planet Fitness in Broken Arrow are amazing. They always greet you with a smile. They are always willing to help make your workout enjoyable and fun. I personally like that they greet me on a first name bases. Summer, Zack, Kristi, and Janey are all amazing people and I always look forward to seeing them there. They keep the gym looking nice including the locker rooms. I highly recommend this gym. 10 stars for a clean and friendly atmosphere.

All the reasons why I enjoy planet fitness: the color purple ? it's nearby, I so appreciate the monthly charge and you can stop anytime. The best thing ever and I don't think any other gym does this: a personal trainer. Wow Brandon Moore is just the right amount of push to get you in shape. He's personable , easy to work with, and he's in great shape, of course. I appreciate being shown how to use the equipment. It's a great place!

I definitely had anxiety about going to the gym but most everyone here is so nice and welcoming! Shout out to the trainer Brandon… he’s been nothing but amazing and has made my first gym experience awesome!

The maintenance situation here is terrible. The water heater for the men's room has been "experiencing issues" for 6 weeks with no repair plan. Machines go down and just sit there with signs on them. And sometimes locks stay on lockers for weeks at a time.

Clean gym, people are nice, They did overcharge me which is why they only get 3 stars. I signed up during a special in November for $10 a month but they charged me $16 and change every month

I go here a lot. The staff doesn't seem to care about things. It does get busy after 5 during the week. Some of the equipment has been replaced and several of the TV's are broken and are on the wrong channels. Doesn't seem like anyone that works there knows how to change the channel to the right one.
