To sellers: If you value your time do not do this. If you are willing to wait 5+ hours and likely only get $10 for a couple of bags of clothes then go ahead. They only really want brand new stuff.

Haus came in here four times with multiple clothes with tags still on them and have received nothing each time. They didn’t take any items the girl working Word for Word said that they didn’t feel like looking through people’s clothes because it was the end of their shift and they were ready to close up. I had dropped my clothes off around 3 o’clock and waited until about six just to be told that they were too lazy to look through the clothes….. This was my fourth time coming in that this has happened where I haven’t even made one dollar Coming with multiple totes full Will not be coming back again they told me that my stuff was outdated when I literally bought it just a few weeks ago at the mall And by the time I got home and tried it on it didn’t fit, so I thought I would just try to make my money back a little bit, but clearly not as I was leaving. The staff laughed at me. Will be trying Daisy exchange or uptown cheap scape! The staff here do not even care about their job enough to where they laughed at me as I was walking out!

I brought in a pair of a newer LeBron 21. They tried to say they were only worth 60 dollars and offered me 24 dollars when retail is $200 dollars. Grade school is still 80 buck plus they haven’t been worn.

The staff was very courteous, but they mislead people by not being upfront with their buying rules. After wasting over 3 hours waiting for a response on my clothing items and bringing 2 boxes of very nice clothing, they didn't purchase anything from me. They stated that they only purchase Walmart and Target brands. Are they kidding me? None of my clothing is from those stores. Bad business.

Worst experience of my life. I have been going to this location since I was in my teens but here recently it has been one of the rudest retail stores I have ever been too. The Customer Service offered by their employees is terrible especially with any clothing transactions or even trying to resell my used clothes it has all been bad. Not sure what happened to the friendly staff but, its clear if you are looking for great service it is not here. Would not even recommend reselling used items to this company due to the low-ball prices they provide. You would find better luck shopping and reselling elsewhere in the Tulsa/BA area.

I wouldn’t recommend selling clothes here because they’ll likely buy them at a low price and then overprice them when they sell them. Even if the tags are still on or the clothes are still very new it makes no sense don’t recommend

The worst place to give your used/unworn clothes tooo literally defeats the purpose of their existence.

This is probably the best gently used clothing place around town. The service is always great, friendly people, prices are reasonable for what you'd expect from a consignment shop, it's very clean, great selection, and well organized. I've never been disappointed or felt unwelcome like some of the other clothing consignment shops in town. The young women working here are very professional, helpful, and act like they care about the customers. I've always found nice things that are reasonably priced and don't have a bad smell like I've experienced at other consignment shops in town. I highly recommend it.

All of my clothes were folded nicely and I put them in a clear tub. All of my clothes were brand new and with tags on. Even with all of that they only took 2 things for $4 and some change. Like seriously I waited 3 hours for $4. Not worth it. I recommend going to uptown cheapskate because they always give you a better deal for your clothes. On top of that the employees were very rude and looked like they did not want to be there and managers treated them really bad in front of me.

DO NOT try to sell clothes here. If you bring in folded clothes and they don't take all of them, they take the remainder and just wad them up like trash and throw them back in the box. These are not good people.
