Initially I was told the monthly package was $15.00 for ultimate wash. I was then charged $35.00. I went in person to discuss and was told the monthly package was actually $35.00 but they will honor the $15.00 I was told. I came in a second time with a billing question and when pulling up my account she decided to change it back to $35.00 and not honor our agreement. I explained why it was that amount and advised the lady she was the person to help me last time. When I told them I was going to cancel they could care less.
Sad because I used this car wash multiple times a week. The ultimate car wash did great, had rags and vacuums were decent.

Shady... don't sign up.
Decent car wash and vacuum but you have to go in person to cancel and sign a clipboard and explain why you want to cancel and they still keep charging your account. I went in person 9/23 before my month was up a d canceled, it was raining outside. Just noticed this charge this month and went back and realized they charged me last month as well.

I tried it one time to check it out 2 weeks ago. It left a large unwashed spot on my white bed cover. I figured that was just a “one off” and tried it again today and figured I would get the $15 wheel blaster and maybe it would be better. But then the wash broke. I wasted 15 minutes of my time waiting for a fix and then a refund. Don’t think I’ll try it again.

Visited the hwy 51 location tonight after getting gas. I had a free wash coupon that wasn’t working but the staff made it right and they offered my littles suckers! The wash itself is pretty darn good for these types of washes. I’ll still need to touch up grooves in my wheels but overall very happy.

I visited Quick N Clean Wed 7/10. I had a coupon from their Facebook page that was causing me frustration..an employee named, Jackson, came out to the Kiosk and was trying to help me. After looking at my phone where I had displayed their Facebook post, Jackson advised he needed to speak to his superior. At that time Jackson and his superior came back out to my car and she explained that due to an error posted by their Marketing Dept. and no fault of mine that she would compensate me. I was treated very fairly and will definitely return to this location due to the Customer Service. It's rare this day in age to find, kind, pleasant employees willing to go that extra mile ? Thank you Jackson! Please know you and your superior (didn't catch her name) are appreciated !

Great experience. Quick response if you have any issues. Great staff. I will not go anywhere else to wash, Clean and vacuum. I highly recommend for your needs. I have never experienced the customer experience you get here.
