On Qt app and on marquee this morning it shows $2.75 a gallon. I went 5 miles out of my way to purchase gas. Only to pay $2.89. When brought to the clerks attention I got no apology just yeah they forgot to change it. If a proper follow up done maybe this would not have happened. I was at another location this past week about 2pm and they were out of Pizza slice in which they are promoting on the app. Both of these incidents could have been avoided in which would have prevented a one-star review.

Great location. Air pump hose is broken. Doesn’t have the pin in the middle to engage the tire to open the valve :(

Curtis is the reason I went to this store. I have never felt the customer experience as good. He is the best employee customer service wise I have ever had to deal with at qt. Since y'all moved him I will no longer go to this store. Not even close to the same. Bring back Curtis!!!

Quick Trip seems to pride themselves on the quality of employees they have. Today at Store #80 in Broken Arrow the young girl running the register had her cell phone on speaker while talking out loud on a two way conversation with a friend about some items she purchased online while waiting on customers. Very rude, unprofessional and actually pretty annoying as she was more interested in focusing her conversation with the person on speaker phone than the customers needs.

ordered breakfast burrito, added onions and bell pepper-they were listed as additional charges apply-really? THEN when I go to pay I find out they are charging me $.75 for EACH additional vegetable-turns out each vegetable is little more than a thin slice or two and when I asked about why the price went up so much when I went to pay the staff was woefully unable to explain the ticket and said it would not print and they could see it on their screen but could not explain it. I told them I'd be calling in to corporate and they were extremely uninterested and flippant about my concern. As I was leaving I got a "see you later" as I walked out and I responded "probably not" and again no concern about a dissatisfied customer. QuikTrip needs to step up their game or will soon find themselves on par with lesser competitors like Casey's and Kum & Go. Buyer Beware

Now being id'd I understand. But I didn't realize that quick trip has a triple verification system for id ing people. I was asked to cough up my id then he looks at it to verify then he scans and then I'm told I must remove my mask for the third verification. I'm 34 kid just scan my id and give me my beer. I got a 20 year old trying to triple verify that I'm 21 ?. Never again... After 20 years.. Three words Kum and Go
