No longer want to continue going to this location. We bring cups to refill and get charged full price. My husband brought in a refill cup today and this same employee who charges full price with refills had another employee go throw out the refill cup after he set it down when he ran into the bathroom really quick. My husband does this almost daily as he has to stop here after work as an amazon driver each day. This is routine they know my husband at this point. Icing on the cake when my husband walked by and said good evening the employee glared daggers at him and turned back to what he was doing. And proceeded to ask a police officer in the store to stay and watch him until he left just glaring at him the entire time. Needless to say my husband did not get our drinks and just left. Straight up hostile and rude employee. It is literally only this employee who acts this way but as he's always there my husband no longer even feels comfortable stepping foot into this location.

I’m very unhappy with this company there has been one to many times my card is charged more then what my transaction cost be careful going to QT store management/staff is extremely untrustworthy.

QT has become a place where it's no longer comfortable to go to any more. Every time I go, there are groups of homeless people asking for money. I could only imagine how some of the women feel having to walk through crack heads, laying around and asking for money. Today, I had to get in between one of them and the young lady because he was very aggressive about wanting money.
QT, you should really have better policies on keeping a safe and inviting atmosphere for your customers.

Went to get a doughnut after midnight and he charged me the regular normal price for new donuts, even though they were from the previous day. Whoever is working the night shift needs to get retrained on how to ring up things properly.

QuikTrip is hands down a solid gas station to go to. The hotel that I went to that was last reviewed was also where I was and I walked from the hotel to the gas station. Their slushy was really good too!

Always clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast pizza and a Black Mango Sweet Tea sure does make the morning a little better.

So bummed! I stopped at 3 different QT locations in Broken Arrow, OK to get Cappuccino with Hot Chocolate in it. But no hot chocolate! What???Worker said that BA is a test market for their “new” Cappuccino bar that looks like draft beer pulls with fancy handles. What a waste! Some handles for Amaretto or Caramel Cappuccino even had tape over them that they were “out”. And there was no Cinnabon flavor either! Really??Old Cappuccino machines in Tulsa are JUST FINE and let me put one-third Hot Chocolate, one-third MightMocha Cappuccino, one-sixth Caramel Cappuccino and one-sixth Cinnabon Cappuccino just as I like it!Keep the flavors I like or I won’t be coming to QT once or twice a day anymore for coffee!

What gives with the market test in Broken Arrow to change out the cappuccino bar without having an option for hot chocolate? If QT has no option to add hot chocolate to my cappuccino, I have no reason no get my cappuccino at QT.

Completely forgot to put Italian dressing, banana peppers, onion, and lettuce on my Italian sub, and it was also not cut in half. also it's not an Italian sub it's a BMT because it includes ham, there's also blatant plagiarism in ingredients and names of the "California" subs from subway.
