Bought a Brisket Egg and Cheese taco this am- almost no brisket in it whatsoever. Mentioned it to the clerk and he didn’t care. Hoping I found more once eating, but no. Didn’t even taste any in there. Paid $5 for an under filled egg taco. Usually this location is much better.

I ordered from the kiosk, a barbecue pork sandwich. He hands me one that he has already premade, which was kind of unusual. Normally they make it fresh. If you order it from the kiosk this is the first time someone in the kitchen handed me a sandwich like This unprofessional the bread was soggy, and the sandwich was cold. Very poor customer service. The assistant manager immediately gave me a refund without trying to resolve the situation. Terrible customer service I do not recommend coming to the store.

As someone who works the late shift I’m always happy when I stop in on my way home and see that Vance is working. He’s always pleasant, personable, and quick to get me checked out. He’s exactly the type of person you want to run into after a long day at work!

There is this guy on night shift name “Robert B” he is racist and rude person to every color, either he hates his job or QT doesn’t pay him enough. He make every customer wait while doing d*** stuff infront of customer acting like he does his job very professionally. All my sibling felt racisim vibes with him which is not acceptable in America. I have a recording of him ignoring customers and acting like he is the owner which is very rude. I have video of him treating customer like that, soon i will post on social media that will gave not just color people awareness but also other will understand that he is trying to destroy this qt reputation. 10 year this qt is my home for late night snacks while i was in college and now i am working professionally but this guy disappoint me every time and its been 2months i am noticing him dealing with everyone like that. Qt owner you have gained respect in best service so please stop this non sense. I thought qt will figure out but no they are letting this happen so wake up qt because bad service can cause you bad business profit. #Racisimnotaccepted!!!

I am literally writing this review as I sit in my car right outside of the store. I could not wait to get home to talk about this gentleman named Patrick that was working at the register this night. What an employee! This guy is going above and beyond in every way that I can think of in regards to customer service. Not even just an employee in the customers eyes, a familiar face. Patrick doesn’t work there, he embraces himself, and all of the good qualities that he has, (Even though we have never met.) kudos good sir.
