I’m soooo disappointed with the bakery, if they couldn’t do my cake then they should have said so. I ordered an adorable heart cake (I’ll attach pictures) and got an absolute monstrosity as well as them trying to up charge me. Light pink is what I ordered and the hot pink is what they gave me, they refused to remake it and said that it’s “exactly like the picture” another issue is that when I ordered they said that it would be 33.99 but during pickup they tried to tell me it was 43.99 even though the slip said 33.99. The entire bakery team is disordered, unprofessional and catty and its not even justified because the products they put out don’t make up for their customer service

I understand they are busy but leaving a customer on hold for over 5 minutes for a dept is unacceptable.
I was just in the store and the floral employees was out to lunch so I got back to work and called.
Was placed on hold for 6 minutes or so then I called back.
The employee that answered sounded out out and annoyed “ I’m trying to get them for you ma’am “
Well saying ma’am in a crappy tone is still rude !!
So I called the other location in Broken Arrow
Also to be put on terminal hold.
There goes the local business purchase

I’ve been a Reasors customer since Jeff and Mitzy were friends of mine. Sadly, Brookshires is not up to the task. The checkout girls are clueless, not a friendly or caring word or response, and the products are well below Reasors standards of excellence. I wish Pettys Fine Foods would re-open…I would be there

I've tried to get fried chicken for dinner several times from this Reasors. They keep telling me they are understaffed and they have to start closing early which allows them to be out by nine. Which is outrageous whem i arrived by 6:30. It takes about 20 minutes max to clean fryer so they need to step it up. I blame management. I know they enforce exit times for staff that love to get out if work as quickly as possible anyway. The entire country has started adopting mediocrity as a standard and they hope the customers don't complain.Its every single business these days. I'm sure the failed management will contact me to try and get me to change the 1 star review like every company does, but I won't. JUST WAKE UP TOMMORROW AND START DOING YOUR JOBS!

Please make sure you’re putting the 5 star rating on the correct Reasor’s. This is not the new location. I noticed alot of comments about the new one on this location. I have been calm in the past after sooooo many mistakes.. I have gotten so angry after. Then today I really got angry and yelling because the main person working who is supposedly the manger at the time…called me about 7-8 times today saying ok we cant do delivery because you have to do it through the app and we will allow it this time I said fine OK, thank you for letting me know. She called again saying well you have beer so we can’t go ahead and do that. I said well they have allowed the past 3-4 times for delivery when I’ve called and switch to delivery, so how does that happen? She said she did not know, but they were liable for the beer being sent out, even though they had already sent it out to me 3 to 4 times in the past two weeks or so. She said we will let it slide this time. Then she calls me back again, and this is after two Dashers have wasted their time, and tells me she cannot put the beer out to the Dasher because of reasors policies. I said, but you guys have already said you were going to, sent it out in the past, you have called me, and wasted my time and other peoples time and you’re calling me again telling me you’re changing it again? At this point I was mad. All i was getting was nothing but flashbacks from this store. I was hollering. She hung up. Rightfully so. Call back another lady acted like she had no idea what was going on. They sounded exactly alike. She knew exactly what was going on and that even made me more mad so again I was hollering very very upset frustrated and mad all at the same time because I’ve had nothing but trouble with this store. I’ve never had a problem with any other reasors. Besides this one. The management sucks. Just FYI, I have been going to this location since 2020 for the online shopping. That will explain right there why I got so angry today and one other time in the past.

Lines too long and
they don't have anyone to bag the groceries so the check out clerk has to do it. Takes forever. They need more lines open to check out customers faster. We don't like wasting time in check out lines

The store is clean, most of the employees are really nice but their prices have gotten way higher than they are elsewhere now. Miss going to Reasor's but can't afford them anymore.

Don't bother going to the deli. No consistency in the food selection. And I called the number provided below. The lady who answered obviously wasn't interested in anything I has to say.
I go to Walmart. I expect crappy service there.
But Reasors should do better because they have higher prices.

Always chaotic and impossible to find stuff here. Whoever decide to “organize” the products should tell everyone what logic they used because I can’t figure it out and it has become so time consuming to shop there they I’d rather go significantly further away so I don’t waste so much time figuring out where each item is.

Very upset that u can’t pay over the phone for a birthday cake that I order, You would think that they would be happy to take my money. It’s the weirdest thing ever, that’s guarantee the cake is paid for.

From a customer experience standpoint, Reasor’s self checkout is horrible. The labels on produce don’t scan properly and show errors and scanning the coupon sticker they place on products require customers to press ‘skip bagging’ every time… hey Reasor’s, coupons don’t get bagged, they go in that little slot on your self checkout. We had several items that did not need to be bagged (water, beer, flowers, etc.) so we were ‘helped’ by the self checkout person by her verbal commands of ‘press skip bagging’ about a dozen times during our long checkout process. We have used regular checkout for years… we won’t use self checkout again. The food quality and prices have always been consistently good,

I spend thousands of dollars at Reasor's Grocery . First, they put a scan your hand “Chip ID in! Now they put Starbucks, Who is known for their false God logo. I Will be looking for a new grocery store! I don’t support satanic agendas.
