I good clean very large theatre extremely rare to have many people give them a try beats the dump theaters out there.

Had to cancel my 11:30 showing due to a last minute change. Tried to cancel online but couldn’t and was told to call the theater. Called 3 times for the phone to just ring and finally disconnect. On the 4th call A man picked up, tried to explain my situation, but he said he couldn’t do anything for me and to physically come to the theater or call corporate. So that’s where I’m at, badly inconvenienced. I’ll never used Regal theaters again.

Employees are very rude and will accuse you of stealing and not having a ticket but will not approach the people who are actually in your seats. When I brought this to the attention of a manager he said that can't be because when employees see this kind of behavior they're supposed to report to a manager and not approach the customer. Good job ruining the beginning of our movie on christmas day.

I'd give 5 stars but I freeze every time I go to the movies. Turn your heaters on. I actually took a hand warmer with me last time I went.

This theater is my families all time favorite. We refer to it as the disney world of movie theaters. We really wish they’d bring back their light shows before the movie starts but regardless, staff is always kind, facility is always cleaner than any other theater. Anytime we have guests from out of town, we love taking them here!

We didn’t even get looked at before we showed them our tickets making it too uncomfortable for my boyfriend to get us popcorn. It’s like this every time. The seats are so far from amazing. The bathrooms always have feces flung on the wall. They are more happy to just see you leave that’s all. I wouldn’t recommend eating at the diner or even ordering drinks it’s all terrible and the bartenders are just trying to upsell you and there’s not even any cool merch for movies. The elderly people are the only ones who get treated nicely. So unless you’re 50 I wouldn’t come here unless I was taking pictures. All the dust particles floating around really adds to the atmosphere and you really can tell how sexy everyone feels.

Love this theater, but it desperately needs some TLC. Seats are looking rough in every auditorium, and they REALLY need to repaint the parking lot. If this is a premiere location, its upkeep isn’t really reflecting that, and that’s a shame.

I recently visited The Warren Theater in BA and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the seating was incredibly comfortable, and the picture and sound quality were top-notch—everything looked and sounded fantastic. Unfortunately, the theater was freezing cold. All seven people in my group were visibly uncomfortable throughout the movie, and it was hard to enjoy the experience with how chilly it was. To make matters worse, the soda fountain drink I got was flat, which was disappointing. Overall, while the theater offers great visuals and comfort, the cold temperature and poor drink quality definitely took away from the experience.

Usually love going to this theater but the screen in auditorium 12 needs to be fixed. Loved seeing wicked tonight but the screen was blurry at times and was kind of a bummer. Tickets here aren't cheap so you'd hope they keep up with maintenance. I just won't book that auditorium anymore and recommend no one else does either until it's fixed.

The 21+ theater in my opinion is not worth the hype. The seats are heated, which is nice but don’t recline as far back as the rest of the theater. Also, our movie started at 7:50 and at 8:24. The waitress finally came in and said oh you must’ve snuck in on me. I didn’t know you were here. The kitchen closes at 8:30. Normally the waitress will greet you tell you how to look over the menu and ask if there’s anything she can get you started with. No one ever greeted us and then after we push the button, we waited a good while before she arrived. We were the only one in that theater.
Drink was sour and tasted like a cheap mix, bar food was okay.

Very nice theater, you can order food and drink from your seat, seats are heated, it's in a nice area, also have gifts for sale Connected to the movies that are showing .
