What has happened to this theater? We used to swear by it. The concessions are terrible. Like TERRIBLE. The kitchen is basically non existent. I’m so sad at the quality of concessions and service. This is the third time that it’s been so bad that I’m finally saying something. Nachos are thrown in a hot dog container. Popcorn butter leaking all over the seats. Pretzels aren’t ready. And when they are, they’re HORRIBLE. Hot dogs, same things. This is just so sad. They def don’t stand apart anymore for elevated food and fall behind even cinemark at this point.

Very friendly employees here!
The bathrooms have been pretty clean each time I've gone in.
The theater seating usually nice! There has been a few times that my seat has been broken or really worn though. A bit uncomfortable when sitting for a few hours.
Never have had a problem with the screens or sound.
We haven't tried the food in a few years, but it used to be good!

Nice chairs, good sound, overall cool place, restaurant, arcade... popcorn was tough and had a lot of unpopped kernels,,, cmon, ya gotta get the popcorn right.

Paid a LOT of money even after $40 in coupons. The seating was very sad. When you sit down the row in front blocks part of the screen. The seating is very uncomfortable and kind of tilted. The theater itself is gorgeous , reminds me of 1920s opulence. I just wish the seats were user friendly. For almost $20 a ticket the seast should be a lot better. I was really excited to try this theater out and now I'm super bummed that I did

Just got home from going there is had taken my kids to see the new avatar and ended up really regretting going there i had the guy nxt to me playing with his genitalia and talking all through the movie I spoke with the manager he said I can go back to just let whatever manager on shift know I just feel like the overall experience was bad I spent 80 on tickets and between me and both kids about 100 on concessions tbh he could have just given me my money back considering the experience and yes I did go out when I noticed it I asked the guy handing out the glasses for a manager and after 15 min of waiting I went back please watch 6our surroundings and who's sitting nxt to your kids here

Had to cancel my 11:30 showing due to a last minute change. Tried to cancel online but couldn’t and was told to call the theater. Called 3 times for the phone to just ring and finally disconnect. On the 4th call A man picked up, tried to explain my situation, but he said he couldn’t do anything for me and to physically come to the theater or call corporate. So that’s where I’m at, badly inconvenienced. I’ll never used Regal theaters again.

Employees are very rude and will accuse you of stealing and not having a ticket but will not approach the people who are actually in your seats. When I brought this to the attention of a manager he said that can't be because when employees see this kind of behavior they're supposed to report to a manager and not approach the customer. Good job ruining the beginning of our movie on christmas day.

I'd give 5 stars but I freeze every time I go to the movies. Turn your heaters on. I actually took a hand warmer with me last time I went.

The seats were filthy. The popcorn tasted old . The screen was showing some wear and tear.
