Was very excited to check this place out with my partner. It is very cramped and feels like they should consider reviewing how they have their store set up. There is not enough space for customers to really move around, or truly appreciate what the store is offering. Feels very rushed with staff overlooking what you're doing in the store like vultures. There were numerous items I've seen offered at an obvious mark up, which made for a rather uncomfortable experience. Not going to return.

I used to love this store. But it has definitely gone downhill. I understand prices have gone up, that’s not my complaint.
It’s the customer service. My niece is 6 years old and was so excited to go in the store and buy. The teenage girl behind the counter rolls her eyes at every question you ask, and just points when you ask a question. (On a Saturday at 11:51)
None of the employees seem happy and just mumble the whole time. No hello when you walk in, thank you, or anything. If they were busy I understand but there was no one in the store.
Sad when a 6 year old walks out and states that they weren’t very nice in there.

The person working at the time seemed zoned out a little, but they answered my questions pretty well. The salt water taffy and bulk candy are cool, and it's fill it to the top for the bags for one price, I got so much for $10! And they have SO many kinds of sodas! Ones you could be like that looks good and ones that's like that's a flavor?! Lol.

My partner and I was looking for chocolate candy and the guy that was working there never spoke to us or even offered assistance (no one else was in the store). When my partner said hello to him upon checking out, he said nothing to her. I asked her if he said hello back (just in case I didn't hear him) to her she said no, we decided to leave. I don't know if it was because of our color (due to him following us and never speaking) or just plain rudeness (or both). However, our money would not be spent somewhere that is disrespectful to a potential customer.

We drove pretty out of the way to come. We went to go in at 12 and door is locked. We waited till 12:04 and then left because door was still locked. There was a worker inside at the register so not sure why the store hadn't opened yet.

Employee never greeted me busy stocking the store. i browsed the store and may have made a purchase but it was clear to me that i was not welcome. NO RETURNS ON PRODUCT IS A HUGE RED FLAG

AMAZING store with great products! I'm giving three stars for the atmosphere. You would think that a fun place to shop would have fun and happy people there. Workers were not happy nor fun. It looks like they are not allowed to talk to other employees while working. It reflects the culture. They genuinely seemed sad and just there for the hours. Management needs to lighten up. It shows!
