I hear they do an awesome job. I requested a quote but it was higher than others I had gotten. I have now received 2 offers from them for discounted services. They quote you high so they can take top dollar from you when you’re in a tight spot. Request a quote and wait 2 or 3 days if you can. They’ll offer $ off your service if you’re not desperate. My most recent email from them was for $75 off my $340 original quote for a windshield replacement. Shameful tactics but business is business and you gotta get it in where you can I guess. Respect the hustle.

I put off replacing my broken front windshield for a whole year. I had assumed replacement for the front windshield would put me in debt and would take months to pay it off. I sure was surprised to get a quote back for 315$. Very pleased customer.

Everything was perfect right up to installing the last piece of trim. The seal around the window is 1 inch too short. They've been trying to get a new one for 2 and a half weeks from the manufacturer but all the websites and dealerships say it's not available anymore. I'm trying to sell the car and this is holding me up.

Went there to get a small chip fixed, they wound up cracking my windshield and scratching the plastic moulding around the pillar. Had to get the whole windshield replaced and I'm still waiting on the pillar part to come in. You can't call them directly so I have been there numerous times checking on the part. It's now been over a month since I had the windshield replaced and they still haven't got the replacement part in. They haven't called or communicated with me once about the parts' status. Why did they have to scratch it in the first place? Very unprofessional business.

Poor customer service and poor workmanship. Technician was a no show first appointment, then late for rescheduled appointment. Then there was no weatherstrip, leaving a mess. We were told to find the part number for the weatherstrip ourselves. When we tried calling back with the part number, we had already been removed from the system. Will not recommend.

The workers here had a ROUGH day, but still managed to get my car back to me same day, took extra care of me, and had a great attitude! Extra shout out to the front desk worker who I unfortunately forgot to ask the name of. Will definitely recommend to my loved ones, thanks again!P.S. Give these wonderful people raises, they earned it tenfold!!! ❤️

Katelyn was my tech, and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and very sweet! Candice at the reception desk was very sweet, and seemed to enjoy her job, and made me and my 3 boys feel welcome!! Thank you so much!! I will definitely recommend to everyone

Two weeks ago I took my work truck to have two windows repaired and got new wiper blades. The back window was shattered and they did not vacuum up the glass. That annoyed me and was a safety hazard but I left it slide and cleaned all the broken glass myself. Today, it rained for the first time since I got the new wiper blades. I go to use my wipers and my blades flew off on the highway. This is so unsafe. I could have wrecked and the blades could have hit a vehicle causing major damage. I am beyond disappointed and will recommend to my company to find another business to use for windshield repairs.

The first thing you should know is…you do not have to use Safelite…despite your insurance company funneling you to them. You may choose anyone you wish, and there are other reputable, small businesses that would really benefit from a fair and equal chance to earn your business.Next, unlike their advertising portrays, where they quickly show up at your location to repair/replace your glass so as not to inconvenience you, there is nothing quick and simple about it. The earliest they could schedule me for a replacement glass was nine days out. In my opinion, if every insurance company is directing all of their glass repair business to them, an appointment in less than a week should be a reasonable expectation .Finally, Safelite assured me I could come to their Broken Arrow location and they would vacuum the glass out, and professionally wrap my window with a “crash wrap” so that I would not potentially damage my vehicle further (if I were to attempt to cover/tape it on my own) and be safe and protected to drive, until my appointment date.Because I have public parking overnight, and my entire back glass was broken out, I decided to opt for their professional covering. They said I could just drop in to have it done. Knowing that was highly unlikely, I attempted to call my local location and ask if I needed an appointment or if there was a better time to come. My call was routed to a call center, explaining there was no way to actually speak with someone at the location, but they assured me there would be little to no wait, and I could just stop in and they would take care of it within 10-30 minutes.Upon arrival, after a 30 minute drive, I was greeted, and then immediately asked to sign a waiver, releasing them from liability if their tape took the paint off my car. I told her that the whole point of me coming there was to alleviate that issue. She then proceeded to tell me she didn’t think there was anyone available to do a ‘crash wrap’ that day. She explained that she gets yelled at repeatedly, every day, by people walking in expecting the service. She said she had five appointments per hour, with only four technicians, and that they did not have anyone that could do it…then shrugged at me. She appeared to check the schedule for next couple of days, and told me they had nothing available, and didn’t know what to tell me.I left, called the call center back, the representative, David, asked me to hold while he asked his manager if the Tulsa location is doing ‘crash wraps’. She replied ‘yes definitely’, and he then proceeded to tell me, “Oh no, they ARE doing them!”. I suggested they really needed to get with the location managers, because that was NOT the case, and I obviously was not the first to be turned away. He then hung up on me.So now, after wasting nearly half of a day, I’m headed to vacuum, and tape lawn & leaf bags on my car… like I should’ve done in the first place.I called Glassworks Auto Glass of Tulsa, Nicole immediately began trying to locate the glass for my make/model, and has to order the replacement glass from Texas. I now have an appointment in four days, and appreciate the excellent customer service. The best part is, I’m helping a local small business.

They can ONLY replace glass it seems like.My appointment was from 12pm-6. He literally got to My house at 5:20. Took my door apart and my window regulator was broken. So he was incapable of helping me at all. Then they technically still ran my card and I had to wait for the charges to fall off which took five days.I understand taking my card ahead of time but it should not be charged until the service is completed. According to the tech it sounds like this happens often.

I went I for a chip repair and was greeted upon entering. Technician was honest about the repair possibly causing the chip to spread requring a whole new windshield. So I decided not to go forward with the repair.
