Sally Beauty is easy to shop with normally having what customers are looking for. The staff does not pressure anyone and is extremely helpful, with the customer service bar described as very high. Employees are excellent at helping clients find the right products for hair color changes, with great results. The helpful service and high standards are consistently noted across the reviews.

Easy to shop. No issues with staff. Normally has what I am looking for. They don’t pressure you to buy stuff you don’t want. They just help and go about their business which is nice.

The moment I walked in both Blair and Maddie did not hesitate to give me a compliment! Maddie was extremely helpful with helping me find what I wanted!! Customer service bar is very high with these two girls as well as the others whose names I didn’t get!
