I ordered three boxes of Wella color for delivery. Only one was delivered, and I was then told I’d have to pick up the remaining items myself. This was both inconvenient and avoidable—simply double-checking the order before delivery would have prevented the problem.
On top of that, I had to request the refund instead of it being initiated immediately. Now I’m being told the refund won’t be processed until tomorrow. This is not acceptable service for a mistake on your end.
Given the inconvenience, wasted time, and delayed refund, I believe some form of compensation is warranted in addition to promptly processing the refund today.

Super clean store, everything arranged in an order that makes sense. The staff is also super sweet!

Easy to shop. No issues with staff. Normally has what I am looking for. They don’t pressure you to buy stuff you don’t want. They just help and go about their business which is nice.

So rude …
The employees seemed to be more interested in their conversation rather than doing their jobs and helping out the customer. Took me to a hair dye she thought was good after clearly not listening to me and said you’ll need to buy two boxes of that and left me there to go blab some more. I left and will never return. Just so insincere.

The moment I walked in both Blair and Maddie did not hesitate to give me a compliment! Maddie was extremely helpful with helping me find what I wanted!! Customer service bar is very high with these two girls as well as the others whose names I didn’t get!

Not helpful with selling a manufactured defective product. No point in buying anything here if you can get it cheaper online and get the same level of customer service.

People were friendly, I was asked for help. But on check out the total was $40 and she told me she could not accept my $100 bill because it was under $60 (she did not even check the drawer for change, but okay I understand there’s business rules). Then I gave her 2- $20 bills I had and she took 3 mins to look them up and down in the light, me knowing they’re just fine asked if she had a bill marker to check them with….she went to the back where her boss told her they were legit….I’m sorry for trying to give you any business or cash Sally’s? the run around was ridiculous.
