Excellent! The store was extremely busy today w customers. Found something that I've been looking for, for a great price. The check-out was quick. Thanks to the good training to employees. Very friendly too.

For everything being donated and then getting it for free, what they are charging for most of their stuff is crazy work. I wouldn’t consider this a thrift store I would consider this a thrift store you’re paying almost retail price for majority I’ve found in here. A very very dirty used plastic drawer for $30? Crazy!

I'm a loyal customer because the Salvation Army is a first responder and Dr. Osborne was a member of the Executive Board. We saw first hand how The Salvation Army helped the needy. Not only did we see what type of Services they rendered, we participated in helping the community through their vouchers for food, medical, utilities and rent assistance.

One of our favorite stops on 71st. Very well organized and usually good bargains.

Weird that it's categorized by color and not size. Hard to shop.

I go all over different states to thrift and this Salvation Army should be ashamed. The prices for a top is crazy and the colored specials are clothes with flaws.

I was blessed to get the deal on the very nice loveseat and matching recliner. Just like any thing else you have to know what you have is genuine

Absolutely ridiculous service. They left 4 of the 5 items that were supposed to be taken. Thought I was donating to a good cause. Unfortunately major waste of time.

Absurd furniture prices. Echoing what others have said about potentially taking advantage of lower income folks. Drove here from the next town for furniture but definitely never again. Laughable particle board stuff being sold for $100+. Yikes.

Overpriced merchandise! Donated items are selling for than Walmart or dollar tree. It use to be fun to shop here, now it's disappointing

Store was closed before 7 pm and many staff employees just seat on counter and waved. Apparently, the salvation army doesn't need my money.

The Salvation Army store stands out as the most consistently well-stocked, well-prices thrift store in town, making every visit a treasure hunt. I can always count on finding a few great tops, blazers, and unique household items that add character to my space. Some of my favorite home decor pieces have been discovered here. The staff, while not overly effusive, are friendly enough, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A delightful touch is their practice of offering my daughter a free book of her choice during our visits. It's these thoughtful gestures that make shopping at the Salvation Army store not just about finding hidden gems but also about the warmth of community.
