1st time in the shop was after having my car towed there from another place where it had been sitting nearly 3 months. Was referred by friend & Kim wasn't wrong! It took them less than 48 hrs to diagnose & repair!!! Finally we had our car back! They provided a great referral for a tow was in constant contact always answered price was what I considered a relief since I didn't know what was wrong & treated me like I mattered. From Andrew the mechanic Mary at the office to the price of fixing (no lone parent surcharge IYKYK) 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be a repeat customer! Thank you Sanport for getting us back on the road!

Had to post a review. This place has done me well in the past but I brought my daughters first car to get the turbo replaced due to smoking, drove home after repair an smoke still exists. Checked into it from the filter to turbo were just hand tight. O rings not oriented right either. They have a tab on the side. Oil intake line leaking. Bolt filter w a very small hole. Very one that can let oil flow. Very cheap bolt filter. Looked up the turbo an I they my stock with a $200 Amazon turbo an charged $900 to repair. (Not detailed on reciept) Took me 30 minutes to fix the turbo. So maybe they over charge? Called to let the owner know what quality was leaving their shop an didn't even get a offer for any refund. Not even a sorry Check your their work before leaving their location. Mechanic work is NOT warrantied.
Horrible preteen work. Just horrible. My daughter does cleaner work than this..

Honest work, honest price. They always make me happy and take the time to explain exactly what they're doing and why. I never worry about the quality or if my car needs the work done. They are easy to trust. Highly recommended shop. I take my car there for everything, and when I get a new one I'll do their pre-buy inspection. Mary and Andrew are the best. Thanks, Sanport!

PLEASE READ!!! Highly Recommend!
I relied upon them to take care of my daughters Mini Cooper. My daughter handled it mostly herself. I only stepped in to check out how it all went and the final cost. Yes the bill was on the high side but not their fault, the parts needed had to come directly from BMW since there isn't aftermarket parts for a 3 cylinder Cooper.
Mary, you're AWESOME! I didn't catch the gentleman's name there with you Mary, appreciated his time and explanation. With the shop I run I always save the parts to show a customer the damages because that's what I always wished was done for me earlier in life. Thank you very much for the professional and great work!

Took my car here after being badly burned by another local repair shop. Todd took my call and basically took over. He kept me up to date each day. The price was very reasonable. My car drives better now than it did when I bought it. I'm so happy to find someone I can trust, does excellent work with an affordable price. I couldn't be happier. I will take our cars to them from now on.

Andrew, Mary and there staff is really nice. These folks work to keep your car running. On my cluster they didn't bill Mr for every hour. They are absolutely the best.

The mechanics give honest quotes. They communicate what is found and what is needed. I never worry about surprise fees and they are always very friendly, deliver on time.
