I use to see Lindsey, who is amazing. After she left I saw Dawn for the first time. She didn’t listen to how my hair gets done. She turned my hair line orange. By doing a shadow root when I never get a shadow root done. She also didn’t foil a lot of my roots. And when I asked her if she could get me in to add some more foils to blend my roots, she told me she didn’t want to because of damage. Which it was virgin hair so there wouldn’t be any damage. She said I’d probably have a better fit for another hair stylist. I cried as soon as I got into my car. I’m a hair stylist myself and I would have fixed my clients hair if they were unhappy. So, definitely very unprofessional.

I worked with Whitney, she was lovely. She took the time to consult with me regarding a few images I had my eye on before we had even officially made an appointment.When I arrived for my session, she was quick to acknowledge my presence, greet me, and let me know she'd be with me momentarily. I was collected and brought back to her chair a minute *Before* my official start time.Whitney is not only charismatic, engaging, pleasant but knowledgeable and skilled in her craft.She checked in with me regarding comfort, [drink/food/pressure of the hair brush, comfort of the apron/smock, water temperature preferences etc.] She was great with communicating about how much color I wanted, how much upkeep I was looking for, and before we even touched product, she reiterated what I was looking to achieve in our session.4 hours of hard work from her transformed my boring brown hair into a beautiful blend of blonde with purple peekaboo highlights.She was great at education- regarding daily care, as well as expectations to have for my chosen color-style.All in all- this was a Wonderful experience and I am super glad I had the opportunity to work with her.Would highly recommend this establishment, and her specifically as a stylist.The establishment itself is small [I think I saw 6 chairs?] But it didn't Feel small. It was very well put together with its ambience and you could tell by the interactions of employees and their clients, that it is a lovely place to be, both for clientele as well as professionally.

Averi saved my hair after a previous stylist almost ruined it by color and compromised my hair integrity. She is a miracle worker! Sweet, professional and she listens!!!

Averi is an amazing stylist. She not only went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. We left completely smitten. She is the woman to go to for color. Genius mind!
