We bought a Toyota Sequoia from Michael and his team over a year ago and it has been rock solid. Great purchase and very happy with our vehicle. We get compliments on it's condition all the time. If we buy another used vehicle this will be our go to. Can not recommend them enough.

We test drove a vehicle late in the day on July 1st. We called the next day to find out they were closing earlier than we had assumed (They close earlier on Saturday), but Michael was nice enough to wait for us to come by to move forward with the process. He took care of everything quickly and was patient as we asked him question after question about the vehicle.We noticed a splash guard sagging under the car a day after the purchase. After calling Michael he has invited us to bring it by when we pick up the car and offered to take care of the issue despite our as-is purchase. Despite it being a minor repair, we appreciate his willingness to use his resources as an opportunity to provide customer service after the sale.If you're looking for pre-owned vehicle in the BA / Tulsa area, give Signature Autoplex a try, I think you'll be pleased!

Micheal and Solomon were great to work with. We called to setup an appointment to look at a truck and they were very prompt. My husband had to work that day so I went first to look at it and Solomon was kind enough to put his own child's car seat in the truck so I could test drive it with my toddler. That's a level of customer service that you don't normally get- even when buying a brand new car at a big car dealership! Solomon did me a solid by keeping the truck for us until my husband could come test drive the truck himself. As promised, the truck was there when we came back. Now Solomon was very honest and upfront with me early on when looking at the truck and told me what it's current issues were that they had repaired. He could've kept that information to himself, but these gentleman are HONEST. When you buy a used vehicle, you know you're going to need to repair things down the road, that's part of the deal. My husband and I bought the truck that night knowing exactly what we were getting without any surprises. I did ask about warranties, which they DO offer from a third party company. We decided not to get the warranty and so if something does go wrong, it's on US and NOT these gentleman. Michael did tell us that if something went wrong very soon after the purchase then to let them know and they would help us make it right. That, to me, is a business man who stands behind the vehicles that he sells- he doesn't want lemons either!! We are very grateful for Signature Autoplex, Michael, and Solomon. We will definitely be referring friends and family to them and will come back if we need another vehicle.
