I use the online app to order. The items I want on the sandwiches are very easy to follow. But they get something wrong almost every time. If this place cares about customer service and experience, I’d love to see if you try to redeem yourself!

Went in today to get lunch. There was no one but me in the store yet no one even acknowledged me the whole 5 minutes I waited in line while being ignored before I just gave up and left. Lol never experienced that before definitely a first.

I don't know what it is about this location but I always ask for my condiments to be put on the side (I take the other half for lunch the next day and don't want soggy bread) There is always a problem with pick up its like they are PO'd about the request Yesterday was the last straw with me I ordered two foot longs with "please condiments on the side" Got there and my order was in a brown PARTY size bag!! I was so confused and they were giggling? Got home and they literally deconstructed both subs and put everything in separate containers and bowls!! So don't ask for sauce on the side or they decide you can just make your own damn sandwich So busy being passive aggressive they even managed to screw up the sandwiches I am seriously embarrassed for them Who behaves like that?

This location did not have tea for multiples weeks. Today, while waiting to have my sandwiches made, I heard one worker tell another that the tomatos didn’t look right. The other said “not our problem” and the first one kept putting them on the sandwich. Then they ran out of steak part way through making 2 sandwiches, and started taking off of one to put on the other. I asked them to just do one sandwich with steak then, and they said “that’s the right amount of steak”. I asked why they were taking from one sandwich for the other the and chose to leave. I went to another location with different owners, and there was more meat put on the sandwiches, the veggies looked fresher, and the staff was much nicer at the other location. Will not be back to this one.

I turned away & walked out! The place was nasty dirty! Door glass was the first giveaway!??floors, tables everything had food, paper, napkins, & just filthy! Won’t go back!

Dirty, don’t clean, sticky walls, ants everywhere. Even in their food and pop! I called to notify and they hung up on me.So gross!! I would find a better subway.

I ordered through the mobile app yesterday, picked up my order and it was wrong. Both sandwich’s was made wrong, and the cucumbers was hard as a rock. I called and told the store she told me they would remake them for me. I come in and she refuses to make one of them again and proceeds to argue with me. NOT VERU FRIENDLY OR BUSINESS LIKE!

BA FOODIE MISS MARY,The place was dirty and dingy, the staff had hair in their eyes almost walked out but my son convinced me. $60.00 later got food home and it was good. Bread fresh meats and veges fresh. Will I eat there again probably not until they clean up the place and staff. Your favorite BA foodie Miss Mary

Customer service was good, and our sandwiches were good, but the place was dirty. The table closest to the back had a bunch of chinnese food containers and flies around them. It didn't seem like a situation where they had just been interrupted eating dinner.I'm glad I planned to take to go anyway, because I wouldn't have wanted to stay to eat.
