This place is the biggest scam out there. Bought 5K in furniture. They scammed us into the warranty which is $500 said how amazing it was and how it’s super beneficial. About 3-4 months into having our couch we filed a claim on it… STILL to this day have never heard from the warranty company! The few times I’ve reach out they say the manufacturer is out of stock on the material to repair couch. This has been about 2 years since we filed a claim. Whatever you do don’t shop here and if you do DEFINITELY don’t buy there worthless POS warranty

They had some pretty comfortable mattresses, at decent prices, but.There was a big display of "My Pillow"'s right by the beds.I refuse to buy from any business that supports a fascist like Mike Lindell.

Picked up furniture for a client and Rico the warehouse manager was a clown. He argued with us repeatedly to not open the furniture and inspect for damages. Once we of course found damages he couldn't find another piece that was not damaged. Seems only reason you'd argue about inspecting furniture was if you already knew it was damagedOverall terrible customer service. I asked for a store manager several times to which he stuck out his chest and said "I am the manager back here what I says goes" would not recommend buying furniture here!

Absolutely lov Steve, goes above and beyond for customers. No high pressure, honest, patient, knowledgeable. Sold us our dining table in 2019, sold us our new couch and recliner Friday. We will come back. The Humphreys

Received a recliner from your store as a gift for Christmas I'm disabled and can not use the recliner because it has a malfunction and is not working asking for information to return the merchandise and gets no answers and we have to pay to send it back for a refund never heard of such so dissatisfied looking it says Houzz but when looking it shows the site for Sutherland Furniture Gallery

We’ve loved working with Sutherlands on furnishing our new home. They offer a complimentary design service thru their in-house designer, Tony. He’s been so great to work with! He really listens to your wants and needs and works hard to make your design fit perfectly to your home and style. We honestly can’t imagine going to any other furniture store anymore. It’s been such an enjoyable experience! Also a huge shoutout to their delivery guys! They are the nicest!

This company charges you before you receive the product, even when they tell you that you won't be billed until pick up. (I even put a deposit down which I didn't mind doing.) But what a sleezy way to make a sale. That's very unethical in my opinion. We have been patiently waiting for a couch for months due to the manufacturer not being able to keep up with demands during COVID, which is totally understandable, but why am I being billed for something i don't even have? After multiple attempts of trying to contact someone by phone, our calls were never returned. When we finally got to speak to someone, the salesman (whose name I will not mention at this time) was extremely defensive and rude. I will never do business with Sutherland's Furniture again.

This store has a such wide selection of beautiful furniture!! Their sales guy, Steve, is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Based on my research, Southerlands appears to be the only store in the Tulsa area that stocks Natuzzi furniture. They also provide free design consultations.

Our in-store experience was pleasant. Our salesman was nice and didn’t stalk us while we shopped. However, our positive experience ends there.We bought a sofa, loveseat, side table, and rising center table in the spring of 2020. With the sofa and loveseat we were stuck with the COVID shipping delays from the manufacturer and told repeatedly that our furniture was “on the truck waiting to be delivered”. Months later (after I had to call repeatedly for updates) I was told that the manufacturer was backed up with parts and it would be several more months before it would ship. We went back to the store and picked out something else and are very happy with that part of the purchase.When it comes to the tables we’ve had several issues. The rising center table (which I believe cost us around $600) broke on the inside within 6 months of receiving it and so it no longer rises properly. When I called the store to see about getting it replaced under the extended warranty we purchased I was told that the table was a FLOOR MODEL (which we were NOT told when we purchased it) and that we only purchased the warranty on the sofa/loveseat and not the tables. Why wouldn’t we purchase it on all the furniture since the table has a working mechanism (especially if we’re buying a floor model)? It’s ridiculous! So now they refuse to replace a table that broke within 6 months of purchase under the claim that we only purchased a warranty for half off our furniture order. I also noticed later that one of the rollers on the bottom has either been missing this entire time or has now broken off. This table has not even been in our house for 2 years yet.While we are happy with our sofa/loveseat purchase (even after the delays and “misinformation” from both the manufacturer and Sutherlands), but we feel extremely ripped off and deceived by the shoddy quality and terrible, dismissive attitude when it comes to the table we purchased (under extended warranty as far as we understood at the time of purchase). I doubt we will shop there again or recommend it to others. We feel very deceived and manipulated.

I HAVE WAITED 2 YEARS FOR MY ORDER!! I ordered 10 dining chairs in August 2019. I was told 8-10 weeks delivery. Months later I still had not received my order not a phone call to let me know. I had to call multiple times to check on it. The salespeople could not give me an estimate on delivery. About six months later 6 of the 10 chairs arrived. They had no idea where the other 4 were. A year after I bought the chairs, the other 4 chairs arrived. Two of the chairs were black and two were brown. I called immediately to let them know about the problem. I was told they requested two more to be shipped. I am still waiting for the remaining 2 chairs! Throughout the past two years I have called to check on the order. Never once have they had the curtesy to call me to let me know of the status or apologize. I would not recommend Sutherland Furniture.

The outside of this property is disgusting. It’s like no one ever cleans out there. Does not speak to an excellent company whatsoever. I can’t believe truck driver’s actually have to walk through this filth.

Going into this experience I thought that it was fantastic. The customer service seemed great. Now I am thinking we made a mistake purchasing such an expensive piece of furniture from this company. We purchased an Omnia leather sectional on May 30 and was told that shipping would be 3-12 weeks. “Should be more like three weeks” we were told. I thought that this was highly unrealistic, but went with it. After inquiring on the third week, we were told it would be mid-August. I
