Hate placing mobile orders here. For 3 items they take hours, it’s ridiculous. One time I placed an order for pick up and was advised online they were out of 5 of my items. Went in person and had every single item.

Horrible called 9 times and not one dame answer so dame ridiculous why have a dame number to call if no one picks up!!!!!!

Usually what is in stock is kept up to date fairly well. For the most part it’s clean and organized. Severely understaffed, though. Registers are almost always closed so the only thing available is self checkout. Self checkout worker is usually off somewhere else or not paying attention on their phone- this time I had to wait 10 minutes to get the security tags taken off my clothes. Could certainly be managed better.

I went there wasn't going to get anything cuz they didn't have what I needed then I saw something on the clearance rack half price well why not they don't care if it's marked wrong and you're standing in line for 20 minutes until it's your turn I go back to the rack I ask an associate where are the 50% item is he looks on the shelf above it looks on the Shelf below I don't know he says, should you take the sign down he just walks off

The 1 is not for pick up being closed it’s for confirming the pick up with a confirmation code and target employees outside. After 15-20 min watching employee on phone and walkie talkie,thinking my order was coming out I go in and 3 guys at customer service counter tell me pick up is not open. Just a simple contact or no conformation and I would have walked in from the get go. So glad I got out for my daughter because she would have had to get baby out to drive there literally get baby out to get her order from inside.

Went in just for a gift card and took 20 mins to check out. I used self checkout to hopefully make it go faster and every single register needed help. I was required to have an employee to help with my giftcard purchase and waited my turn to her help. Please get more people to work the registers or get more self checkout kiosks.

Delivery is a joke. Selected 7pm-8pm and it’s nearly 10pm and still says out for delivery. Don’t order dinner ingredients and rely on Target. Should have just used Walmart but needed dog food from Target.

After seeing the review berating the hard of hearing employee, I had to leave my own review. There is a wonderful employee in the clothing section that is legitimately hard of hearing or partially deaf. My daughter lost a phone in the clothing area one day and I asked for help from several employees, and no one had the time to help and only offered to take my name and number in case it was found. After over an hour of searching I asked this employee for help. She actually knew where to find it because it's a common place for lost phones! She also was wearing a sign language shirt so it's apparent she has hearing issues and still gives her all to try an help every guest. She also helped us checkout before!

Most filthy target I've been in in a while. Everything I came to the store for had other items stocked in it's place that didn't belong according to the tags. Then the insane amount of trash on the floor and half drunk drinks on the shelves all over the store including food aisles. Worth the drive to a different location even 21st&Yale is usually cleaner than this.
