This target location is my favorite in Tulsa! The folks are always nice, when there are actual cashiers. I've had to wait to checkout almost every time I shop. The selection is pretty good for a smaller location. I always find good cheap clearance prices too. I will do online order for pickup sometimes when I know I'll be in the area, so that I don't miss out on something being in stock that I want/need. It's always convenient picking up. I sure wish Muskogee would get a target!

Worst customer service experience ever! The lady in apparel was on her scanner when I approached her to ask for help. I just said excuse me... not even a node or just a moment please! I honestly thought she was hard of hearing because I said hello three times!! My granddaughter was with me and I said to her ...oh I think she can't heard?? I never thought someone could be that rude!! She looked up at me with disgust and said can I help you? I told her I was looking for a particular color. She just scanned the tag and said that's all we have. No suggestions or help at all! My 10yr granddaughter said to me as we were walking out... that's not just rude Nana, she was totally disrespectful!! Im still in shock on how we were treated!! Totally unacceptable!! Definitely letting people know about that store!!

Giving Target two stars because of the Worker with green hair that did not want to check me out! I came to exchange something. Plus, I spend way too much money for Target to act like I’m bothering them for wanting them to ring something up after returning an item! Ridiculous

Jan 3, 2024 First time staking out for a Starbucks Stanley cup worst experience ever! Lined up with my friend at 5 am we were the first two in line waited for HOURS in the freezing cold! Last 40 minutes before they open a Starbucks employee starts handing out tickets to “secure our cup” she had 30 cups so 30 tickets that way we didn’t have to wait out any longer. People that didn’t even wait in line were walking up and because she still had tickets left they were lucky enough to not wait in the cold.. any who We were just excited to be out the cold 20 minutes before they officially open people start lining up again didn’t think much of it as we had our “secured ticket” we are the last two people in line with the tickets we see one cup left and there is still us two.. Starbucks employee “accidentally” made an extra ticket only one of us left with a cup all they said was sorry even tho we waited for hours in the freezing cold as some people just walked up and got a ticket didn’t endure what we did.. not mad at them mad because what they should have done is start calling out the tickets by number as she had numbered them they would’ve caught the problem instead they let ppl without a ticket in the line.. first and worst experience staking out

Insufferable place to work, but great location at least. Please be extra kind and understanding to the workers, they are trying their best working multiple departments under tight command. Also, I highly recommend that you download Target Circle for great deals ?

I received a gift that was the wrong size. I returned it to target, and they were out of stock in my size. They gave me store credit, but I can't use that store credit to buy the correct sized item on the target site. Target doesn't care about you. Avoid.

I went in the store at 7p. There were 2 girls waiting for their order at the Starbucks counter. I sat for a few while the young man (Caucasian)finished their order. The young girl went around area cleaning . I stood at that counter for nearly 10 min and neither one recognized me at all. NO CAN I HELP YOU OR IF THEY WERE CLOSING. They only spoke to each other. I went to sit down until my grandson came to tell me he was ready to go. A woman manager came by and said she would tell Starbuck manager after I complained. No one should have to complain. But im truly sorry ,you all have not trained people to greet and take care of customers. This new generation are not learning anything. I have owned a business and this is not what I would have put in front to represent my company .

My return was handled in a timely manner and was very easy. Kudos to Target for having a very capable and friendly associate handling this challenging job.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a target. Price checks are seen as total inconvenience to the staff. Team lead Andree used such a rude tone from the start and ended with not caring if the experience was good. I had never experienced this before. Maybe just the holiday rush getting to people but unfortunately you need employees capable of handling it. Provide them with the resources they need to stay friendly and kind. When I reached out to Debbie about the bad experience she responded with “well she’s never rude to me” as in the lead could never be rude towards customers because she’s nice to coworkers. Then when I asked for management Debbie shrugged telling me he probably was not there. Just a really bad customer service from this store.

Target circle app makes keeping track of online and in store purchases super simple. I had to make a return and didnt have to look for my paper receipts. They just scanned the barcode in my wallet and my purchase was found for a super quick and easy teturn. You can either enter your phone number at purchase to have it added to the circle app or scan the barcode on your paper receipts after purchase to keep track.

This is where I get my medicines every month and it is very busy at this store. And it's nice to always have a bunch of lanes open check you out instead of just self-service.

99% self check out. Items tagged as ON SALE, for example coffee, ring up at full price. This is the second time I've caught this along with towels and other items with the same pricing issues. Stop trying to rip off customers.

I always will recommend this target. All the employees are sweet and always willing to help you. Everytime I go in there the place is clean and smells fresh. I can stay in there for hours and not get bored. I will say that alot of stuff that should be near each other are spread out into other random areas but you can still fins it all pretty easily. Definitely the place to go for any and all your shopping needs!
