I put a 5 star review on here when I joined but here I am a few months after with one star. They’re nice to you when you’re getting a membership but it ends there. Support system is mediocre, zero understanding when communicating (my personal experience was with Steve) , the interest of the member is not a priority at all. Save yourself the stress and don’t be like me; excited at the beginning and then extremely disappointed afterwards.

Hidden amongst the bustling main street of Broken Arrow lies a hidden gem of a gym. With a friendly and open-arm community, they have personal trainers that are more than happy to give helpful hints to new gym goers, with a mix of events to help with recovery, breathing, and forms. If anyone in the BA area need a helping hand changing their lifestyle, they should look no further!

A clean, quiet, five-star gym with a positive atmosphere! I completed a few personal training sessions with Coach Molly, who is a, uplifting, fun, and knowledgeable coach! The Hub does have classes that you can pay a one-time/drop-in fee to attend, if you aren't ready to sign up for a membership.

I absolutely love The Hub Gym. I am currently on a personal training program with my trainer, Jacob, he is great. I feel a lot more comfortable than I did where I used to work out. Jacob takes my health history seriously. Clean, Friendly, and Positive Atmosphere overall. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I was looking for a gym to keep my workout routine while I was in Oklahoma for a couple of months. I didn't need a lot. I came across The Hub Gym and it seemed to meet my needs. It is also very conveniently located right in BA downtown (great area). The Hub is great as it is small, accessible and accommodating. The whole big super gyms tend to be too much and although they can offer more equipment that means more people and a lot of traffic. The Hub was quiet and I enjoyed the regulars which brought all shape and sizes and definitely made me feel more comfortable. They offer classes which is fantastic although I did t get to try any. Management and the coaches were great and I liked that they always said hi and even threw a little encouragement my way now and then.

The Hub Gym is now MY GYM!I’m going, to be honest, I WAS NOT a fan of gyms! Most people I know are either “gym rats” or similar to myself. We most likely have heard all the complaints (I’ve said many of these myself prior), too crowded, stinks, loud, expensive, “meatheads” & “influencers”, stinks, broken equipment, and well downright embarrassing and/or intimidating!Everything I, and most people who avoid joining a gym for the reasons listed above, is exactly why I did JOIN The Hub Gym, I haven’t seen or felt any of those things here. Just the opposite so far. From my first visit almost 3 years ago (Vet Fest event they held in November 2020) till now, it doesn’t FEEL like a gym to me.Yes, there are times when it gets a little crowded and louder than normal, but even during those times I have YET to feel unwelcome, supported, and motivated by the staff and other members.Yes, you will see hardcore members giving it 100% every workout, but they might be right next to a beginner or struggling (like me) member just wanting to feel healthy. The Hub members I’ve witnessed range from teen athletes to senior citizens staying active. The gym itself is much bigger than it appears from the outside, yet small enough so I don’t feel like walking to the lockers afterward is yet another workout! Staff, and other members, keep the place and equipment clean. If I had to say The Hub has an “odor”, it would be closer to Windex than BO! There is very little if anything opulent here, yet the equipment is practical, professional, and in great working order. For the members who like late or super early workouts, the parking lot is well-lit as is the entrance. So far, I haven’t experienced any after normal business hours or weekend access problems. The same can be said about billing issues as my membership is month-to-month.I’ve read other “reviewers” who claim “their 5 stars are all bought”, well I challenge you to see for yourself. If you have read a few of my reviews, you may notice 5 starts is NOT my norm! However, if you do decide to give them a try, ask for Steven and make sure to tell him “The Customer Service Guy referred you!” as they have promotions and giveaways now and then as well! LOLAs a veteran comradery is important, and that is what I feel here. Everyone seems to have their own goals, approach, methods, and philosophy for “working out” yet supporting others trying to do the same feels just as important here. I’ve missed that and am fortunate to have found it again!

I’ve been coming to this gym for a year and have really enjoyed the experience. It’s a smaller facility but that’s what I enjoy about it. You see the same members often and get to know them. They have all the machines and free weights I could ask for. The staff is very helpful and friendly and you can tell they really enjoy their job.

Been here about two months and loving it. It has a real community feel with people at various levels of fitness and strength so even a beginner like me doesn’t feel out of place. Place is clean and the staff is great—will help you if you need it but if want to keep your head down and lift they respect that too!

As far as small gyms go The Hub is great. A little hard to navigate when it gets busy as they only have one of some of the more popular pieces of equipment I.e. free weight bench press (flat and incline) but nice gym to get away from the standard commercial gym. Would recommend and hope they have an opportunity to expand in the future

The absolute BEST gym in town! Love the Staff and Trainers at the Hub! They are all fantastic, especially my Trainer, Lex! The encouraging environment and sense of community that they foster make this gym extra special. If I could give them more stars I would!

In town for a couple of days. I looked for a local gym and noticed lot of 5 star reviews. I got a couple of work outs and it didn’t disappoint! Super friendly and helpful stuff and all the equipment and any size dumbbells I needed. I recommend it and will definitely be returning next time I’m in Broken Arrow.

Been going here for 2 years. I enjoy coming here. People are nice and the staff is great. It's not a big box gym which I like. It's quaint which I what I really need anyway. And a plus I live across the street from it. Bonus!

I absolutely LOVE this gym! I have been going there for about 3 weeks now….I came from planet fitness because I was tired of waiting 20 minutes for a machine EVERY time I went there. The extra I pay every month is TOTALLY worth it! Good people there, members and employees. Becca was totally awesome/informative/real/upfront about Everything to expect. I was skeptical about it at first(IJUST DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR MACHINES EVERY NIGHT!) But it’s relaxed and not super busy all the time. HOPEFULLY IT STAYS THAT WAY THOUGH I WILL SAY THAT! Jeremy was also super friendly/informative/nice. Great place to work out! AMAZING EQUIPMENT! the only complaint I have is there is no shoulder press machine only leg machines that can be modified to do shoulders….which is fine really.???? JEREMY SHOWED ME THE SHOULDER MACHINE, so it’s all good now!

I just moved to broken arrow a few months ago and Ive tried every gym in town, but i wish i would have came to the hub first. It has any type of equipment you can think of and its open 24/7. The staff was knowledgeable about everything. Definitely work out here if your in BA.
