The Succulent Shop is definitely one of best experiences in Broken Arrow. The atmosphere is calm and refreshing, and the staff are extremely helpful!

We drove in from Wilburton, OK to shop for succulents! I asked for assistance in finding plants that were suitable for my patio! I was disappointed in lack of help! One young lady showed me plants for outdoors, but not succulents! Pointed me to them! The girl behind the counter was busy texting! She did answer pricing questions when I got her attention! I did buy two regular plants and one succulent! I won’t be going back! I was very disappointed! My dream was to walk out with a planter full of succulents! Didn’t happen!

i have been here twice and each time is an amazing experience! employees are very knowledgeable about all their plants and what kind of care they need. pots and plants are very reasonably priced too.

Plants are cute. Pots are pricey but also pretty cute if you wanna pay the price. It's very nicely organized, but the atmosphere of the place overall feels very chaotic and disorganized. The employees seem very knowledgeable in what they know! Very kind, want to help you out with anything you need. However, they seem disorganized, going from customer to customer. Still would recommend if you have patience and are not in a rush.

over all the aesthetic of the shop and the quality of the plants are very cute and worth the visit, however we came in a couple Wednesdays ago and the lady running the shop was very short and rushed with us. on top of that she locked the doors as soon as we left the shop almost an hour early. i’ve been in multiple times to know that the workers and customers service are really great but have had multiple uneasy interactions with her. we felt unwelcome and like she didn’t want us to be there, or as if she had plans or something.

We came here for a girls trip to make succulents. All the girls had fun and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made it a fun experience and some or all of us may even come back in the future!

The shop is aesthetically pleasing, so many beautiful plants everywhere, hence the 1 and only ? ! Went for an event, "Movie in the loft," and was met by , even tho he asked if it were our first time there and we responded with a "yes", Jacob went over the instructions rather quickly, then quickly went upstairs to, what I believed, get the other patrons settled in with the movie, so I brushed his brief instructions off to that. Jacob came back down and I asked him a few questions, and he seemed irritated that I had them and that he had to answer them, then he left quickly again. A young lady came downstairs with her finished plant and I proceeded to ask her questions that Jacob was "too busy" to answer, and Jacob came down just in time to get the tail end of that conversation. We finally picked our plants and pots and proceeded upstairs...We Were The Only Customers In The Building That Jacob Didn't Have Time For and displayed irritation towards; he put us at a table far from the screen to watch the movie and that was closer to the stairs, mind you there were 4 tables--2 right in front of the screen to watch movie and 2 others further from the screen where one must stretch to see anything-- that's whereJacob put us ? and we were the only customers there. I proceeded to move to a table closer to the screen to watch the movie, Jacob says, "we don't want dirt to get on the project that's why I put y'all over there. To which I responded with, "then why have all the tables set up by the screen!?" He walks downstairs...I tell Jacob that we're going to go ahead and leave. He gave a short, "ok." I decided to let him know that it's because of his disposition and how he's communicating and not communicating is why we're leaving, and that I'm not sure if he's bothered because he couldn't get the projector to work properly or what, but that he's allowing that to be expressed/projected at us. Jacob responds with, "well, I can go get my manager, she's over there, if you'd like to make a complaint." ? I responded with, "we'll just leave, Jacob, and not return." Left on "have a nice night." We were willing to overlook Jacob's shortness and attitude, but it just kept getting worse without proper reason--no one else was there but us to tend to and we were in no rush, we just wanted to have a fun date night experience at the shop, Jacob destroyed that idea.

cute plant shop for “light green thumbs” (new plant hobbyists) with high inventory of pothos, monstera, snake plants and other favorites.the friendly staff is there to help pot your plant and offer guidance, and they also have a drink menu to make it a whole experience for you (concept points!). step 1) order drink step 2) look for plant step 3) find cute planter and *voila!* you’re potting your new plants with beverage of choice in hand!okay so why not five stars?lack of plant variety for collectors.this is an experience store, which is so perfect for the newly rejuvenated neighborhood it’s in. the store is well-curated with unique gifts (i bought some seriously great socks) and planters. however, as a long-time plant mom, i didn’t find a single unique leaf. there was a small shelf of common pepperomias but hoyas were nowhere to be found.if that last paragraph made no sense to you then you’re probably gonna love this shop and that makes me so happy for the shop owners! they definitely have a cute ship . however, if you read “not even a carnosa” and felt saddened, just remember to keep this place in mind if you need cute planters, moss poles or other fun accessories. :-)

This place is so cute and so much fun! I took my best friend on a date here and she absolutely loved it! We picked out our plants and a pot for them. Then we went upstairs to repot them! After repotting your new plants you go downstairs to pay and the staff tells you how to take care of your new plant! It was a great time and I’ll definitely be back!
