terrible customer service. difficult to get a hold of, never return emails, won't call you back when you ask for something. Been dealing with this poor service for two years, I've had enough. You are only as good as your staff and Tim needs to clean house.

Nicole - I don't know her title in Tim Custer's agency - is a real gem. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, I don't know what else to say. She alone has saved me and my family (7 policies) from leaving State Farm and Tim Custer's agency. Whenever there's an issue or just updating insurance, she's prompt to address and correct whatever it may be. Tim, you better hold on to this one. She's the best hire you've ever made.

I’ve been using State Farm for more than 10 years! First for my car then renters insurance, and have finally added homeowners insurance! I wouldn’t trust any other agent; Christina has always been professional and very responsive. She is always quick to answer any questions and makes sure that we have the best rates and discounts available!

I’ve been with them for years.. car accidents and vehicles breaking down and they have always taken care of me quickly. Would highly recommend this office. Staff is friendly and always helpful!! Family members have changed over with them from other agencies and they cut the cost and are still with them years later.

We absolutely love the feeling of being family with State Farm! Always there when I need them. I was with a competitor for 30+ year's, but switching to State Farm was one of the top 5 most important choices, we are happy made during our 45 yrs of marriage! I'm 60, never needed a claim....until now. I'll keep you posted on how that goes. Fingers crossed but no need for that I hope. Show me more of that loveState Farm

My husband and I switched to Tim Custer’s office a few months ago and I’ve been pleased with the switch ever since! I was a little nervous about switching to someone new after being with our old agency for 15+ years but I am so glad we did! Jaimie helped ease us into the transition and answered any questions we had with a positive attitude and loads of knowledge. My only regret is not switching sooner!

I have been using State Farm for as long as i can remember now. At least 7 years. Jaimie has always been the one to help me with any issues i have. When i was in an accident, she directed me on what to do next. She has always been extremely helpful and friendly! I have nothing but great things to say about this office!

Jamie the homeowners insurance agent is super rude, bad customer service. Quick to end conversations and hang up the phone, slow to get back in regards to quotes. This is the only agent that has been rude at this location. You will be loosing customers if this issue persist.
