Excellent and very competent staff! I’m a physician and I won’t go to any other imaging center in the Tulsa area. Touchstone is tops!
Update: Just had another scan at Touchstone in Broken Arrow. Scheduling (See), check-in (America) and MRI tech (Amy) were all professional, personable and efficient! And Dr. Grant is an excellent radiologist. I noticed some complaints on Google about slow report times. Going somewhere else won’t usually make much difference since I understand there is a national shortage of radiologists!

Yesterday went to have chest X-ray to see if I have pneumonia. 24hrs later the radio,gist has not read the X-rays. Tomorrow is a holiday…so I will have to go another 2 days before I can hear results. It also took them 3 hours to put the dr order in their system before I could have X-ray done. Will NEVER use again!

Jamie Johnson was the absolute best! My gf broke her foot and needed an MRI. Nowhere else had openings for months out but after talking to Jamie he somehow made a slot for her. We can't thank you enough sir.

My experience at touch Touchstone Imaging Broken Arrow was very good. They got me in pretty quickly and got my ultrasound done pretty fast. The girls were very nice and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Today was my second time here at the BA location- I have had 4 different procedures and always have a fast door to door experence with technicians who are very friendly and Clear with the directions. I highly recommend Dennis if you need an IV 🙂 pain-free. .

Staff is very organized and professional. Staff is courteous and helpful. Atmosphere is clean and pleasant. The whole process is quick and thorough. I would recommend the services to everyone who is in need of imaging services.

This location is not the friendliest for the disabled. The disabled parking is far from the actual entrance doors for no good reason, the bouble set of entrance doors are all push/pull only with no automatic function so if you're in a wheelchair or crutches; you have to rely on the kindness of strangers to even get into the building, the front desk gave me a paper to sign without a clipboard and the counter is eye-level when in a wheelchair. I'd been struggling to even read what I needed to sign because the counter was too high to read from and I wasn't even offered an alternative.
Dennis the tech was very courteous and conversational, all credit where its due in that regard. I'm just disappointed in the accessibility of this location.
