No refunds of any kind on merchandise purchased here!? I bought something here as a gift for someone else and was not told the policy which is not clearly posted anywhere in the store.Went to return an item with my receipt and the tag still on it and they refused to take it back because on the receipt I received AFTER I purchased the item it says “no returns” .The staff member was very rude about it and I will not shop here again.

I've been playing league golf at TQG for the last 2.5 months and have had a great experience working on my swing during the off season and coming into the playing season. Keeping a consistent practice session mid-week has also helped my game significantly and having a blast at the same time.The facility has everything you need from a simulator perspective and getting to know the staff over this time has also made my experience at TQG feel special. I look forward to every week in which I get to show up, talk golf with the staff and other players, and forget about any other worries I have going on.Highly recommend joining one of the weekly leagues.

Great staff, very knowledgeable.One of the best fitting experiences in Tulsa, they were able to get me the proper clubs I needed that best fit game.The hitting bays are great and the weekly league is very enjoyable. Def recommend this over any the alternatives in Tulsa!

Ross couldn’t fix my putter. I was told every day they would try something different and they would call me first thing “tomorrow” morning…. I never received the morning calls. So I would tak it upon myself to call them mid day to see if they figured it out. I understood they were busy that’s why I never got upset for them not calling ME when they said. This irritated Ross when I called today so he decided to go back on what he had told me he would originally do. Originally he said if he can’t fix it he would send it to titlest because they had an “account”. So today that all the sudden wasn’t an option because he can’t afford to give me daily updates while it’s at Titlest…. What? Are you serious? Why would I call you daily? Only reason he ever received a call from me was because he FAILED to call me himself when he said he would. So today he made me call Titlest knowing they wouldn’t take my putter because I didn’t have an “account” He’s fully aware of this because he implied that you had to have an account to deal directly with titlest in the beginning. I think he’s more forgetful than busy because he would say the same thing to me every time like he didn’t say it before and it was a new idea or one day that an option would take a couple weeks then the very next day all the sudden no it would take 6 weeks. Very disappointing. All the other guys there are extremely helpful especially Preston but unfortunately Ross runs this place. **RESPONSE to Ross response**I bullied you guys? This is business….You guys promised me a call the next day every day…. Like I said I wasn’t upset for you NEVER calling when you told me you would because I understood you were busy. I called twice 1 day to talk about possible welding it…. It was just an idea. And there may have been another call in regards to the 3 wood you worked on. Also my forgetful theory is confirmed…. You never even a quoted time of how long titlest would have it you told me 2 weeks for your “welder” then switched it to 6 weeks. I never spoke to you in any negative tone I was always appreciative for everything you guys did. You have horrible customer service you lied and continue to do so. And as far as the charge for work done you flat up abandoned me as a customer. “AGAIN” you had me call Titleist knowing they wouldn’t except my putter with out an account. We had 2 other options to get it my putter fixed. You didn’t like me holding you to your word and that’s the problem. You may have forgotten telling me you would call me but you did.“”RESPONSE”” to free bay time…….I visited you twice for $50 an hr and that it. You are either a bold face liar or very forgetful and I almost would give you benefit of doubt that your thinking I’m someone else! But either way you said it and that is 1000 percent false! Luckily people don’t have to deal with you because BIRDIE BAY is open now! Super nice people over there and a better set up by far. I’ve met 4 other golfers there that will not attend your venue because of the way you treat customers.

This place is amazing! The service was fantastic. I bought a new grip for my putter, and they installed it while I waited. The hitting bays are top notch. I highly recommend!

Great experience from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Great atmosphere, great service, Ross and Preston are great guys that want to take care of you. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. If you’re looking for the best in Oklahoma, look no further. Club fittings, lessons, merchandise, simulators, golf league and whatever else golf related you are looking for it’s here.

If you need anything golf related this is your place. Finished an iron fitting with Ross today and it was everything I wanted it to be. Ross was very patient, accommodating, and dialed in exactly what I needed, and wanted. Can't wait to get them new Mizuno's in the bag! I will definitely be back for any of my golfing needs!

Great place for golf gear, club fitting, and Trackman. Ross and Preston are very knowledgeable club fitters. Very nice Trackman bays to play and practice. Proshop has a nice selection of gear for the course. Nice lounge area as well.Edited to add: These guys built me one hell of iron set. Exactly as specced out in the fitting. Very happy with them. The fitting came with set gapping after receiving the clubs. These guys really took the time to make sure these irons were fit for me. The membership options will really give you added value vs renting a bay an hour at a time.

I called for an Edell putter fitting. Even though I was given a fitting time I was told I would have to schedule a time on their site. I couldn't schedule the time without prepaying the $100 fitting fee! No one ever told me the fitting fee would not be applied to the purchase of an Edell putter! NO WHERE on their web page was this fact revealed! I've been fitted multiple times for golf equipment. Tour Quality Golf is the only fitter that DID NOT apply the fitting fee toward the purchase of new equipment! I have no issue with this, if I'm told this BEFORE I proceed with the fitting! The fitting itself was great! Imagine my surprise when I was told the $100 fitting fee would be deducted from the $450 retail price of the putter! I felt mislead and deceived!

This place is doing it right. 4 bays with trackman (tons of courses, par 3 holes,mini golf), putting green, corn hole, video games, merch, golf accessories, etc. If you're like me and don't want to play when the weather is not great, I would definitely hit this place up. Also, they do have televisions so you can watch live sports that are going on. Will definitely return!!

I had a putter fitting at TourQuality Golf in Tulsa with Ross. I have a Scotty Cameron that I recently purchased however, I was not fit into and have been struggling on the greens as of lately. I should preface, that going into this session I was fully prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to get my putter reconstructed or just buy a new one all together if necessary. However, this was not the case, as Ross was able to make some inexpensive changes to the loft, lie angle, and length of my current putter that ultimately made a huge difference for my game. Additionally, he ended up giving me a putting lesson for about the last 30 minutes of the session that really tied everything together. I highly recommend stopping by this store and getting to know the people that run it.

If you’re looking for a one stop shop, this is it! I am 6’3” with long arms and a powerful swing. Not only was I needing a set of clubs, I was needing clubs built for me. Using one of several trackman bays available, we were able to get my club head speed in order to get the correct shaft stiffness. Let me tell you, I had been using the wrong setup for many years, and now with a stiffer and correct shaft length, I can really get after the ball. All and all I still suck at golf, but now I can’t blame it on the clubs. After my experience with Ross and Preston, they have a life long customer.
