If you are looking for an alternative place to put your money... TTCU is the place! Friendly, smiling faces every time you walk in with great financial products.

I have been a member of TTCU since 2000 until this year.I have been going to this branch for 23 years and the customer service has usually been subpar. The tellers are sweet, but the folks in the offices are mostly rude. I went in and reported that my card was declining in several locations throughout the city. They checked and couldn’t find anything. I sat down with a gentleman in the office who promised to get me a new card with the same number in the mail because their machine to make an identical one there was broken. When the card arrived, the numbers were different “while” payments throughout the wait time period of 7 days were failing to process; plus overdraft fees, as you can imagine was a lot! Never credited any of the fees despite pleas of their mistakes. When I did use the new card, the drive thru machines did not give me an option for deposits of any kind. Talk about horrible technology! But my wife’s worked perfectly fine. When calling the customer over the phone, they are so rude, sarcastic, and vindictive. Horrible experience!BUT THANK GOD, Come Monday, I’m closing my account forever!!Never again to return.

Worst customer service experience I have experienced in quite a while. Went through drive through (atm teller) at 455 pm on Friday and tried cashing a check. The check was from Oklahoma General Electric and was not a personal check. I am not a member with TTCU but I am a shared member at tinker federal and was told they can cash non member checks in the lobby, so I went to lobby. Walked in and spoke with molly who was not accommodating at all, wouldn’t cash check “without being a member” exact opposite of what the drive through lady told me. Told Molly I was a shared member and she said she still can’t cash it. I asked her to open an account and cash it. She said “oh it’ll have a hold on it anyways” just every thing was a road block. I left, went to Walmart, had it cashed within 10 min. I’m sorry that I walked in on Friday before you closed and you thoughT it was already the weekend. Will not be going back. EVER.

I went to this branch to cash a small check that a TTCU customer had written me and they have a policy of requiring you to provide personal information including your social security number as well as drivers license. No other lending institution that I’m aware of wants this type of personal information from a non customer to cash a check. I can understand providing a drivers license and some other form of identification but NOT your social security number. I did this once fo

We have been with TTCU for years and years and have always been very happy with the service. All of the personnel over the many, many years have been very kind and patient, helping us with all kinds of questions and information.

Needed to open a CD as a guardian. Spoke to someone at the branch, and they said no problem. We took in the money, and after 30 minutes was told I would have to get permission from the court to open or close the account. I knew the OK statutes didn't say that, so I realized it was a TTCU rule. I called back to find out exactly what they required, and got a different answer, so I called a third time and was told they don't open guardianship accounts at all. I would have been extremely upset it I had spent thousands of $ to get a court order, just to find out it was a waste of time. It was extremely frustrating. Took off work, went by the original bank to withdraw the funds, spend 30+ minutes at TTCU, so I could be told no. Ended up going back to the bank where we had the original account. I wasted 2+ hours for nothing.

Very unpleasant experience, you have to wait just to talk to someone, the you are treated like your stupid. Decided against opening a savings account here and will not be returning to do any business.
