It was very busy and wait times were longer than usual, but all employees were busy and communicating as customers came in. It was nice to have recognition of people arriving and being appreciated. I hope that customers are able to appreciate the quality of customer service compared to too many other businesses.

I called and had a truck reserved for an hour later. The UHaul employees were pleasant and helpful and professional. We picked up our truck, everything was in good working order. We returned it with no issues.
