I always enjoy shopping or browsing at Ulta. This particular location is my favorite, because the store associates have all been excellent at helping me find any item I’m having trouble with , and they’re always super friendly. I also enjoy the unbelievable deals and promotions the store offers. Thank you Ulta.

This is as clean a store as you will find and i have to say when i stepped inside to pick up supplies for a friend, it looked like a fashion show because all the staff looked like runway models and were as warm and welcoming as you would wish!

Walked around for 20 minutes without any help from the ulta employees was looking for a whole new makeup routine since my son destroyed all my makeup. Will not be back to this place. Will be going to the Tulsa one!

Valeria is wonderful! She has an amazing knowledge of makeup and knows exactly what to recommend. Her ability to help customers find the right products for them is impressive. Today I got a bang trim from Rachel M, she was friendly. I'm a person who struggles with confrontation so I told her my bangs looked fine but when I got to my car, I decided to go back inside to see if they could fix them. She took a chunk of my hair out for wispy bangs. I showed her pictures and they did not come out the way I wanted them to, she added way too much hair so it looked too thick and I didn’t even have them like that before Starting to cut. They were completely uneven (still is) one side is shorter than the other, even after the second lady that tried to fix them, still came out uneven. I didn't want them to touch my hair anymore at that point. All I got was my 10 dollars back and that was it. I believe that I should’ve gotten like a coupon or something cause this is a huge problem for me now, cause I tried fixing them when I got home even trying to style it, yo can see her huge mistakes. Highly disappointed.
