Great customer service. Bill and Zera are awesome and very helpful. They can help with pretty much any shipping, printing, or copying issue. Also: packages never arrive late or damaged when shipped by UPS.

Staff here consistently go the extra mile for customers. Bil helped me with a Dyson return after Dyson customer service had given me the wrong information for a warranty repair. He stayed on the phone with them for over half an hour and secured the proper information. UPS customer oriented, Dyson not so much.

This UPS store consistently takes incorrect measurements. This is the second time I’ve taken an item that is right on the length limit where they have taken advantage of that. They wanted to charge $60+ for the same package that I sent out through FedEx for $20. Taking my business over to FedEx from here on out.

Came in here earlier for the first time. Had an 8 x 11 manilla envelope with 4 papers inside. It took two girls to weigh it and they said $4.56 ?. That didn't seem right. Just left my regular store on Harvard and I paid $2.85 for the same envelope. Does it cost more to ship from BA? I know it's only a little more, but I'm not sure they know what they are doing.Regarding the reply...I was attempting to mail US Mail. Isn't US postage all the same? I didn't realize ither stores could increase the price of stamps.

I've used the UPS store for many years but didn't realize until recently that I could return Amazon purchases there. Cool. I wasn't really sure of the procedure but the employee (didn't catch his name but had ginger-red hair) was very nice and helpful. Got it scanned and bagged and...poof. My refund was applied pretty quick. Thanks!

I walked in and there was a turkey on the floor.. naked. And when I say naked, I mean stripped of its feathers. It practically had an apple in its mouth, was how ready for the oven it was. Needless to say, I dove in, and boy o boy, was it a delish meal. ?

I will be finding a new courier to ship my items. It cost me $20 to send a 1.2lb item from Tulsa, Ok. to Dallas, Tx. Crazy expensive for a small package!

I have had no issues with my returns from Amazon. I have only sent two packages through this location and I will never send another one from this location. My second package was never delivered. One to many issues.

This store is the absolute best. They are so helpful, especially Bil and Darian. If I have a problem with the Amazon kiosk or need to mail a package they are very helpful and take care of you.

As a UPS customer I have always liked this store. It is clean and efficient. However the last time I went in to ship a package I noticed some unprofessional behavior from a new employee. It seems this store has had some turnover. The head manager and the person helping me were very professional. However, there was an employee laughing at customers for no reason and behaving very immaturely. I noticed customers were bothered by this behavior. It was blatantly off putting. I would just hate to see this store go downhill. It’s been one of those stores that has survived the pandemic and aftermath unscathed. I still prefer this store for my shopping so mabe someone can speak to the new employee about this behavior so they doesn’t reflect badly UPS, or their fellow employees. Thanks
