Got their 5g home internet. Was told it had plenty of bandwidth for my needs. What I wasn’t told is that there is a data limit that occurs with just daily streaming. Now I have to pay for their equipment ($415) to leave their service for another one. Customer service was no help. Told me I could write a letter to the president of their company. Took a chance on their service and now am dissatisfied, misled and out four hundred bucks to move to cox cable. Avoid their internet, it’s a rip off and almost seems like a scheme to sell equipment at a premium while leaving customers high and dry with regards to connectivity.

A feminine man got mad that my husband misused his pronouns and didn’t call him maam and called him sir instead then the store manager called him afterwards and banned him for said reason . Don’t think this is a reason someone should be banned but 🤷🏻♀️

They will not help you the second you get a new phone with them they just say “your on your own” even to go as far as BANNING me from the store because I said “sir” instead of “mam” 😂 sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. You’d do a lot better going to anywhere else to get phone service. I used these people 10 years ago and nothing has improved!! Still crappy service and crappy customer service!!

Was a loyal customer for 3 in half years with their 55 dollar a month plan an outta no where they jacked up my bill with hidden fees an the price randomly became a 109 dollars I instantly switched to t mobile because of this an would not recommend us cellular to anyone looking for affordability

I went to this location when my phone broke. Emily was the kind woman who helped me. She was informative on any deals I might want to take advantage of, but did not push any sales on me. She was honest, friendly, and attentive to my concerns. Definitely the type of customer service that's hard to find nowadays.

My husband and i needed to deal with something regarding our phones, and we recently just move out to the BA area. I was glad to see that there was a store close by. However, we arrive at the store at 5:50 PM due to work schedules, and the store is locked up and closed! It states 7 PM online and on the doors, so i am completely confused as to why they’d be closed so early. If you want to be closed at 6 then mark 6, not 7. This is so inconvenient when we have a whole phone emergency that we needed to drive all the way across town to 41st and Sheridan. Never going to be coming to this location, ever.

Very disappointed in this store and salesman. Obviously it’s my duty to read the fine print but I was completely misled over a phone transaction. Customer service rep would not attempt to make it right or to work out something we could both live with. I’ve cancelled my service with US cellular after 31 years. Worst customer service ever.

Great place and service except for when they put on a newly bought screen protector on your phone incorrectly and blame you for it when you try to make them correct it.

Went to the store with appointment at 11 was told to come back at 12 the mgr Craig was very rude and told us he couldn’t not help us and go to another store bad service
