I went to this location when my phone broke. Emily was the kind woman who helped me. She was informative on any deals I might want to take advantage of, but did not push any sales on me. She was honest, friendly, and attentive to my concerns. Definitely the type of customer service that's hard to find nowadays.

My husband and i needed to deal with something regarding our phones, and we recently just move out to the BA area. I was glad to see that there was a store close by. However, we arrive at the store at 5:50 PM due to work schedules, and the store is locked up and closed! It states 7 PM online and on the doors, so i am completely confused as to why they’d be closed so early. If you want to be closed at 6 then mark 6, not 7. This is so inconvenient when we have a whole phone emergency that we needed to drive all the way across town to 41st and Sheridan. Never going to be coming to this location, ever.

Very disappointed in this store and salesman. Obviously it’s my duty to read the fine print but I was completely misled over a phone transaction. Customer service rep would not attempt to make it right or to work out something we could both live with. I’ve cancelled my service with US cellular after 31 years. Worst customer service ever.

Great place and service except for when they put on a newly bought screen protector on your phone incorrectly and blame you for it when you try to make them correct it.

Went to the store with appointment at 11 was told to come back at 12 the mgr Craig was very rude and told us he couldn’t not help us and go to another store bad service

This was the best and least stressful phone company experience I've ever had. Theresa and Emily were so helpful and explained everything in detail and made sure we understood our plan and payment etc. We switched from Verizon to and we now pay $100 less a month and we got brand new phones. Highly recommend we were with Verizon for 15 years and we are happy we switched.

Supper supper rude!!! Waited 30 min just so Janaca or whatever her name was could laugh in our face when we have a serious question then tells us we will have to go wait after starting to help us anyways because she is going to help other customers. Do not buy here!!

i came in today at around 4, im not for sure what the girls name was who helped me but she was so kind and went above and beyond to help me. i came in kind of upset over a billing error but she did way more then she had to to help me. she really made my whole experience so much better and i really appreciate it!

This has been a serious nightmare DONT DO THE SWITCHI was bait hooked and switched for the 30 dollar plan.I was told my device was compatible when it was not (I called beforehand and was told my device was compatible)- I thought an error but it was a bait and hook sales tactic as they kept saying just get a new phone today instead of apologizingI have been double and triple billed for services I haven’t receivedI paid my activation and fees upfront and now the bill comes and I’m double charged and they can’t help me.DO NOT USE US CELLULAR STAY WITH YOUR CURRENT PROVIDER

Stay away from this location! It never has enough staff working. The day I went in there was only one representative working there. She was frustrated and yelling at customers. After waiting 30 minutes which was fine with me I was being understandable, she told me it would be a long wait so I might d will leave and come back some other time. Very poor experience at this location.

Mycah was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Helped us save money on our phone service, told us about the referral program, and even held the door open for us as we left. Now that's just good old customer service.

Well my customer service rep was nice and friendly but unfortunately he sold me some poorly made sport headphones that broke the the second time I tried to hook them behind my ears and in less than 48 hours. We took them straight back to the store only to be told that is cellular is just a vendor and we will have to mail them off and handle the return ourselves. Sorry but this is not how this should work. We will not purchase anything else from us cellular and since all cell companies are about the same we will be switching carriers.
