Worst customer service at this place. Every time I go the people working act so rude and upset they have to do their jobs. There’s a bald guy in there who literally might be the rudest person I’ve ever met. I don’t understand how it’s always like this when I go. I always know before I go in that I’m gonna leave pissed off bc some idiot behind the counter thinks that everyone should know what goes on behind the scenes when you mail something. Do better bc this place sucks.

In there today to mail a package. Then men there were both polite and professional and had me taken care of in no time. 🤷♀️

Always have long lines and long conversations with customers. I have experienced this twice my package was mistakenly dropped off in the blue box, and I never received it back or an update. It seems like the workers here are not taking their jobs seriously and are taking advantage of people who mistakenly drop off their packages.

Most of the time I send a birthday card to my nieces with a gift card in it It does not make it to their house. This has happened multiple times and the latest was around April 3rd 2025. Allegedly there is a thief that works at the post office.

The 2 guys that were closing in this store were rude and unprofessional. I understand they’re ready to go home and trying to close the store after a long day but I still had a right to send off my packages after I had been waiting in line awhile, and had came in early enough. He’d made a comment so I tried to be polite and just said that I’d fill out my customs forms at home and come back the next day, since it would of taken too long for them. I’ll go to a different USPS store.

Extremely subpar service every time I go. The counter to drop off large boxes is constantly overflowing and the staff don’t care to move the boxes. The metal box drop off constantly gets stuck. Every time I go here there is constantly long lines of people waiting for the slow staff to print them off a single shipping label. I dread coming here every time I have multiple boxes to drop off.

The mail carrier for our route continues to leave the mailbox door open when it’s pouring rain. (My car insurance cards were soaked to the point of having to have them resent) it’s no wonder that mail gets stolen when the lid’s left open for everyone to see. This isn’t my first complaint on just this subject. I was supposed to receive concert tickets today- I look and it says they took them back to the post office. My granddaughter was standing outside when the mail carrier pulled up to our box. The carrier never once tried to make contact with an adult. It’s obvious I was home. My little grandkids (5 & 8) don’t stay here alone! Just took it on back to the post office and then left a note that it was undeliverable. She didn’t even try! The former carrier, Denise, was awesome. Her replacement- not good at all! No reason to take anything back to the post office. It happens all the time. I’ll get an email saying something’s out for delivery but it doesn’t show up until the next or or even the day after.
Pitiful. These carriers make enough $ to do their job. My sister was a mail carrier for many years before she passed away. It’s hardly minimun wage!

I put the wrong address on a package, and was able to call in and have them save it from being returned to sender. They arranged a pickup with the intended recipient. They were wonderful, courteous and quick in resolving the issue. I believe the lady who helped me was Pam.

This post office has lost three packages in the last two months. Repeated claims filed and a complaint with the postmaster have been completed but not a word from this post office. My packages just disappeared. They should have to reimburse people for their mistakes and at the very least respond. This post office needs new leadership and better trained employees.
