I don't normally call someone out like this, but Josie is just awful. Between not knowing what day it was, and the condescending attitude, I'm not sure there could possibly be a worse employee. They get 2 stars because everyone else is just fine. Josie gets exactly 0 stars.

Cashier couldn't have been more dismissing of my coupon not even a second to think about the information he had just informed me of, continued scanning and I ended up paying full price. Just dislike people with no basic communication skills it's not that hard to be nice and smile a little.

Do not use their pharmacy. They are always out of stock. I’ve had to wait two weeks for a prescription after they kept telling me it would be filled the following day. Terrible communication plus their lines take forever when they do actual have your prescription filled.

Lady was VERY RUDE on phine when i called Pharmacy. The Pharmacy did not tell me over phone when I called to check on my daughter's medication that they were out of stock instead they told me they were working on filling it and then I went to Pharmacy almost 2 hours later and waited in line for 20 minutes for them to tell me I needed to pull around and come inside store. Once I went into store then they tell me they are out of stock. Then when I called other Pharmacy to have prescription transferred they went and told the other pharmacy that they were in process of filling medicine. This place ia a BIG FAT JOKE!!! This place is just waste of your time and gas. I do NOT recommend them.

Says they're pharmacy is open 24 hours. So why are they closed at 10? Pretty messed up when you just get released out of the hospital and needs your medication!

I cannot rate them any lower. Understaff, disorganized, and no customer service at this place. This lady waited 1 hour and still does not have her prescription. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and they told me my medication was misplaced (say what).

Horrible service! They tell you over the phone that you can pick up and it’s ready then when you get there it’s not ready. They won’t give you an estimated time and act as if they don’t care. If you’re thinking of using the Walgreens at 71st & Lynn in Broken Arrow please don’t. Any other Walgreens is better than this one

This pharmacy is always busy and yet they still do a great job. The pharmacist Brett is awesome, always has my prescription ready and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a prescription sent over here at 9am it is now 11am still not put in the system typed up then McKenzie wants to get attitude with me and telling me I can go to another pharmacy. The people working here are garbage especially McKenzie they need to hire better people then they have working here

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The staff is rude 9/10 times I’ve gone to pick up medications. Currently my app says I have 15+ prescriptions that they can’t fill and to contact pharmacy. I call and the extremely rude pharmacist tells me that she doesn’t see them in her cue and I tell her I’m looking at the order on the app as we speak, your pharmacy location is listed & even read back the address to be sure. She proceeded to get an attitude and says well what’s the prescriptions so I can pull them over. And this isn’t even the worst interaction! Just yesterday I filled my pain medication after having a C-section and because I also get an anxiety medication (which was given for the stress of living in NICU with my premature baby) I was told by the pharmacist that she will no longer fill either my pain or anxiety medication because “some people have a tendency to abuse those medications”. I’ve already reported this unprofessional behavior to corporate as I do not appreciate being judged for getting certain medications. Just because “some people” abuse it doesn’t mean everyone does and I didn’t deserve the Judgemental tone and biased response. I would rather drive hours out of my way and pay 2x the price of any medication, to never have to interact with the unprofessional and Judgemental employees here.

This used to be the best pharmacy in Broken Arrow, it’s definitely not anymore. The staff turnover is ridiculous, I’ve always picked up my dogs phenobarbital seizure medication at my convenience.
