Garrett in the pharmacy is great.
The long was long and it seemed like he was the only person working it but he still took time to help with my insurance.
I really appreciated not feeling like I was a burden or anything.

This Walgreens Location is Hands Down my go to for all my pharmacy needs. They are Patient, Knowledgeable, responsive to all your needs. Never a bad visit. You all are an amazing and I hope Walgreens Values you as much as us Customers do.

Don’t take the gamble with delivery! Twice now they’ve decided not to deliver my prescriptions without notifying me! Once through delivery from the pharmacy. Once from delivery through the shipping center. The shipping center and brick and mortar shops don’t work together when you call customer service, and from what I can tell don’t even have the same information. Insane that one company is split down the middle with no connection to the other!?!?

Pharmacy Tech named “Garrett”…..extremely rude….talked to me as if he was my parent…I was there to pick up a prescription and he said “My God we have literally been open 9 minutes “……I was waiting in the lobby. No hurry on my part….extremely unprofessional

Walgreens bever has any meds in stock and then it's takes them over a week to fill a prescription. They have done this to me for the last 4 months in a row. I would call to check on the status and it would say "we've ordered the medication and we will notify you when it's ready" then they never notify me when it's ready. I switched to a better pharmacy and had my doctors office cancel the prescription at walgreens and walgreens canceled it but never reversed the insurance so the new pharmacy couldn't run my insurance because walgreens was still trying. I will never return to any walgreens ever again. I'm amazed they are still open with this kind of service. They will end up letting you die before they fill your prescription.. 2 weeks wait for something I've been getting for several months. my new pharmacy had my prescription filled the same day and the same price. They should honestly just close all the walgreens down if they're not able to efficiently get prescriptions filled. I would have understood 2-3 days wait but not 2 weeks

Having just came from the oral surgeon, I was there to pick up antibiotic and pain reliever. I asked for Name Brands, and right away Jessica said they didn't have it, nor do they make it anymore!. Of course that is not true. They have a few Name brands of both medications. Not only was her pretending to be knowledgeable disturbing, but then she was condescending while finishing the sale. She said "if your going to want Name Brands all the time, be prepared to pay because your insurance won't."
Because I'm in pain, I didn't set her straight on both accounts. However, management should be aware.
The last time I had a prescription filled there and asked for Name brand, an intelligent and accommodating woman looked it up and sent me to another pharmacy in the area.

The pharmacy here is the worst. My grandmother is in wheelchair and cannot leave her house so my step-dad comes in to pick up her prescriptions. She had called three days ago with two refills ready. When she called today to get their hours for them to be picked up, they said her prescriptions were canceled and she'd have to wait on the people to call her doctor. This is horrible, especially when it's happened multiple times.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff has stolen my credit card and purposely delayed medication because they don’t like me. Absolute worst.

Every time I come to this pharmacy drive thru, I sit for 30 mins to an hour waiting to get up to the window. There’s always a line of at least four cars and it takes a ridiculous amount of time. The second time I came to get a prescription, I waited the 30 mins to get to the window and the lady asked me to go to the back of the line because they didn’t have mine completely ready yet. I protested, saying I’d already waited a long time and she wanted me to go to the back of the five car line AGAIN? She didn’t say anything, walked away, and came back with my stuff a few mins later. So there was no reason to ask me to do that. I thought the first few times it was just unlucky or a busy time, but it’s always like this no matter the time. Awful job!!

This is the worst pharmacy! I went here to pick up prescriptions, after receiving the message saying my prescriptions are ready and they say “well actually only one is ready” even though I have multiple messages saying that my prescriptions are ready for me. Then instead of getting the medication they want me to go to the back of the line I just came through while they fill the prescription that despite the message was not ready. They are the absolute worst. They interrupt you when you try to talk to them and act like you’re the unreasonable one for being upset at waiting through the line for prescriptions that should have been ready!!! They are awful and rude!!
