I really like this Walgreens. The staff members are really helpful. I had an issue with a return and so I came in to get it sorted out. Peggy was such an angel helping me get stuff figured out. This might be a busier location but the staff really makes this Walgreens. Thanks again Peggy!

some of the slowest transactions here. they tell you to wait for your prescription because they’re going to fill it for you, but why does it take 30 mins and over each time? truly ridiculous.

Waited 58 minutes to get a pharmacist on the phone. There were 2 callers before mine(#3) I was still on hold as I drove to their window and pointed it out to sales person. And told her there was only 2 before mine. Short handed, really busy, etc. Told her the same thing was said a month ago. I wanted to see if my rx was ready. I told her it won't be ready but could she check on it. True to form, still on backorder(no call to let me know a month later). Poorest service ever in the pharmacy. I don't know how they stay open or avoid lawsuits. Short handed and really busy is always the answer to poor service and poor management. I'm moving all my stuff to CVS. Period...Noel

Not going to lie this is the worst Walgreens ever when it comes to prescriptions mine was sent over at 930 am here we are 6pm there still working on it are they making it from scratch ? I do not understand why this Walgreens is so slow at getting around to filling prescriptions this is not the 1st time but it will be my last time there

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PHARMACY!!! My dr called in a prescription for me and 12 hours later my prescription it’s still NOT ready. I tried calling early three was on hold for 20 and hung up ALL THREE TIMES!!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! I never receive texts or calls my prescriptions are ready and when I go online it says processing!! How are you STILL IN BUSINESS! I’m a diabetic for God sake and need my stuff!!! PLUS don’t say a prescription will be ready on a certain day and I GIVE you an extra day before coming to pick it up and it’s still not ready.

Just horrible. I stopped by to pick up my prescription after receiving a text saying it was ready for pickup. I waited in line for more than 20 minutes, and when I finally got to the counter, the lady told me it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes.

Told me my prescription would be ready in just a minute proceeded to forget about me for an hour and a half until I cut the line asking and they said oh it’s ready right right here. It had been sitting on the counter ready for who knows how long.

About 50% of the time the whole milk is a little chunky, dawg. I figured out how to check and pick a good one, but tonight they all looked chunky style. "Best by" date seems to be irrelevant in my experience, sometimes the older ones are better. I live nearby and stop there often for it, between grocery trips. Review is for the milk, otherwise all good experiences.

Pharmacy is horrible had doctor call in a prescription that I needed in 3 days for a procedure. Walgreens called me and said they had to order it. I let them know that I needed it asap and why they told me they would rush order it and it would be in the next day and they would call me as soon as it came in. Never received a call so I called them and it still hasn't came in. Fast forward to the day I needed it called the pharmacy and they told me they needed to order it that it wouldn't be in till the next week which means they didn't even order it in the first place. So I called my doctor told them to move my prescription to Walmart on hillside dr 10 minutes later I'm getting a notification my prescription is ready. Walgreens pharmacy is a joke and not just this location I've had issues with other locations I have definitely learned my lesson this time don't go to Walgreens.

Yesterday, I was in buying some stamps for my business, and got a little annoyed at the online receipt, because I keep printed receipts for auditing when using my bank card. The manager and cashier sensed my frustration. The manager, instead of blowing me off, offered to print up the receipt. He ditched his mop (he was mopping the aisle) and ran to the back and literally printed a receipt from the back office printer. Wow! That's the kind of customer service we've been missing since 2020. Walgreens, you've hired some great staff at this location. The cashier was very kind, as well!

They need to fire one of their pharmacy techs. Her lab coat says Clemente. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked if I had any points on my card. Then told me I had $1.98. I told her that was the tax on the receipt she said oh yeah I’m sorry you didn’t have any when in fact, I knew I did I just didn’t know how much and then she wouldn’t look them up. Extremely rude. If you don’t like your job then find another one! Don’t take it out on the customers!
