Well, I had to go to Walgreens tonight 7/8/22 at about 7:00 pm. Normally I'm greeted by a friendly employee at the register. Not this time, but didn't think much of it. I got my items and got in line. I first noticed the cashier not even saying thank you or anything to customers as they completed their purchases. I was no different. She didn't ask me to put in my phone number for rewards and simply barked "hold on" as I tried to slide my card to pay. She didn't say a word as I gathered my purchase and left. Maybe she was just having a bad day but she wasn't a good representative for what I'm used to at Walgreens.

Horrible customer service rushing me out of there during photo pick up, no offer for solution, no notifications that their machine was down for photo prints and on top of that they speak as if you're uneducated when their machine is down yet don't have a resolution of when it'll be resolved. Waste of time!!

Absolutely terrible service. I use their lousy app because generally companies are interested in whether their app works or is even useful. Walgreens does not care whether their app works or not. After numerous mistakes on the part of the pharmacy at this particular location. I am moving all my prescriptions to cvs to see if they care about customer service. I don't know about Walgreens as a whole but the pharmacy at this particular location is wholly incompetent. I just got back from having to make two trips to pick up prescriptions their app said was ready to pickup but were not. I have lost count of how many times this has happened. I highly suggest going someplace, anyplace else.

Brandon H and the pharmacy team are amazing! Thank you for all your help. You’ve made dealing with my daughter’s cancer and her 24 medications as easy as possible. Thank you for all you do!

horrible customer service, went in to store this morning at 7:30am NO OTHER CUSTOMER in the store besides myself and 3 works and NOT once did one of them ask or say "GOOD MORNING, ARE YOU FINDING EVERYTHING OK ? DID YOU NEED ANY HELP? " and YES I did need some assistance and had some questions, so when I did ask one of the workers, she was RUDE and said if its not on the shelf we don't have it shipment not in, I kept having to reframe the question.. No - does your store even sell it, she was like I don't know.. uhhh POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

this was my favorite walgreen to go to but not after today. Some cashiers will have a the price tag right in front of their face and still won’t respect the price it says. All he said well that’s what’s in the screen that the price there’s nothing I can do about it. I went to a different location and I didn’t even have to ask the polite cashier for the coupon she scanned it and gave me the correct price on it.

This pharmacy is the worst place to deal with. Last week i get a email that my prescription is ready to pick up. Went in the next day and asked if i want a 90 day fill. I said no, as the rx was for 30 days. They said it will be 20 min to fill. Asked why it's not ready, they said they been waiting on insurance for 90 day approval. I asked why tell me its ready when its not and then take upon yourself to change doctors order for 30 day. Only response was "were trying to change everything over to 90 day". There i sit for 25 min waiting on a prescription that i was told was ready to pickup the day before. Another problem when my wife got a shingles shot. Told by pharmacist that it wasn't covered by insurance, cost $250 but we needed it. 1 year later on i went in to get my shot. Cost $250 but my same insurance paid for it. Talked with insurance and told it was covered fir my wife but walgreens never ran it through the system. Talked with walgreens and was tild "that girl doesnt work here any more. This place is terrible and moving everything to CVS even though it 3 miles further away.
