I know how hard it can be to find a decent job out here as of late, but please listen to me when I say do not work in a Walgreens pharmacy. I've worked some difficult jobs but this one was the most miserable of all of them and I wouldn't wish what I went through on anybody, besides maybe the coworkers that made it so toxic, I hope they stay and never leave. If you have any mental or physical disabilities of any kind, this will not be the right job for you. You must be EARLY to work, not on time to work. If you punch in less than a minute late you are tardy. If you are a minute late from your 30 minute lunch, you are tardy and in trouble. There are timed bathroom breaks, and you only get a couple bathroom breaks, no matter what is wrong with you, so if you have diagnosed IBS like I do, this will cause accidental conflict even if you speak up about it. If you are sick and it's not covid, you must show up to work. If you do have covid, I believe it's after 5 days off, if you still are testing positive you must still show up to work. Idk if that policy is still in place. Coworkers made inappropriate comments to me about my medications my doctor was prescribing me for my adhd. Management was either really bad or simply hated me, they don't care about their employees at all you are just their little pawn and they expect perfection, Youll put so much effort into this job and be treated terribly by both frustrated thankless customers and coworkers that just don't want to be there. Causes extreme burnout. This is why they are always understaffed, putting more stress and work on their employees. Please love yourself enough to look elsewhere. If you love helping people maybe look into helping adults with disabilities instead it's much more gratifying and understanding work. Just a suggestion

I recommend the pharmacy! It a very large pharmacy with a lot of volume. It has four customer service stations. I was a new customer with a new medical insurance. The representative was courteous and professional. They called my insurance plan to get more information which saved me money. They also verified my dosage. This please process your medication quickly considering how much volume of customers.

The girl working the prescription counter acted like I was putting her out because I asked a few questions. What an attitude. The rest of the employees seemed happy to wait on you. She should take a lesson from them.

Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I have been here several times and there has been an issue with every single prescription I've picked up here. Would recommend visiting a different Walgreens even if it means a further drive.

They had what I needed and everyone I spoke with was very kind. Yelp says this is too short so I will keep typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing and typing until it says it is enough. Yay Walgreens and the nice people there!

Hopefully you're not sick, in pain, nauseous or in a hurry when you're there to pick up your prescription. Slowest pharmacy around. I honestly don't know how they don't get yelled at daily.

They are so rude and slow! I have 20 years in pharmacy and. Would never treat my customers they way this pharmacist treated me tonight She's rude! At one time she left a lobby for of people to sneak behind a rack to say good night to her son Leim ONLY KNOW HE NAME CAUSE I HEARD HER Tonight I go thru the drive thru .. wait my turn behind TWO CARS! The doc called one Ed in wrong so I asked to change itI WOULD COME BACK 2nd the other doc didn't call in a rx. I had no idea since he was calling friday. I gave them 2 days Normally would not share my mess on social media but I'm not a upset pain pill user One med is for asthma and the other for migraines Not a pain pill! So the girl asked me to come in. I said no I have a migraine I had already waited behind 2 cars she huffed and went to get the pharmacist. .. didn't get her name but a young one so my eyes a rookie. Only rookies treat patients with out care ! She rolled her eyes at me ... made a nasty comment about me not calling my meds in and said she was not filling my stuff and asked where to transfer them too Of course I got angry .. said a word I should not have ... I asked for a manager. She got a male pharmacist which is alway nice !! He straightens it out and I did have to come back which it fine. I go back but go in .. explained to him the situation. ... apologized to him for the "F" bomb But because I used that word I will be considered the wrong one. That is all I was wrong for. She should never roll her eyes at a patient and behave that Way When people go to a pharmacy... no they are not always nice ... I try to be because I have been on that side of the counter for 10 years!! But I was not rude until she was put out. I had no control over the doc nor did I have a clue they didn't call it in What I did know is I was having a serious headache .. she made it worse by being rude. Left in tears. I will call a cooperate manager but they won't care. Retail pharmacies are way too busy to care. It's sad. I will have to find another place Although the male pharmacist is awesome she is a bad seed. A little too big of a ego. Sadly I have worked with these types and they make mistakes. Hope she doesn't kill any one
