I would recommend not going out the door by Claire's or you will be stopped by the man who works that entrance. He literally stops me every single time and it honestly is so old at this point. Walmart needs to put some effort into training their employees how to spot actual thieves. It gets old when I'm there numerous times a week spending thousands of dollars a week and getting treated like a thief every single time like clockwork. Im ready to go to target indefinitely if this doesn't change soon and quick

This is the best Walmart that I have had the pleasure to shop at. For the most part, the associates are wonderful. They also have a top-notch pharmacy. This is my go-to store!!!

This Walmart refused to refund me for missing items. The entire box was empty. When I got home now I did get this box from the Walmart on the same street down the road in broken arrow but I guess this under three dollar item refund was too much so they lost entire customer for life. Good job manager on duty tonight it's gas prices work so high and it wasn't late at night. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal but for under three dollars they should've just done the refund and kept a customer but I live in a big enough town where I have options and I don't have to shop at this Walmart ever again. I do understand is the inventory thing the bill with this being a seasonal item I'll be returning it before the actual day of the holiday they should've made an exception. Esp since this was a under $3 item.

I was really surprised at this Walmart and as well as the prices. At this Walmart, the shopping is totally separated from the grocery. In Georgia we have one building where the food as well as the food shopping is intermingled. I've also noticed how here in Broken Arrow, the prices here are way lower than what we have here in Georgia. Example, 24 slice of velveeta cheese was $2 and some change. In Georgia it's close to $5. From the meats, the meats were very reasonable and less expensive than what you will find in Georgia. I wished I would have thought about it and took photos with the different prices to show all of you. I really was just blown back as how the pricing structure differs from State to State. If you're ever in this area, check this place out so you can see what I'm speaking of.

I really like this Walmart. I travel from Claremore to use their Pickup service because they are quick and efficient. I do wish they would let the people who bring my order out take tips. Should really consider changing that policy. I have also shopped inside this store. It's always clean and well lit. During self checkout I don't feel like they are looking at me like I'm about to steal stuff which is nice. I've visited some Walmart locations in sketchier areas that feel like they are gonna pat me down on the way out. Overall, I'll keep visiting this location. Their pickup service is much better than other locations.

I was advised that even though the error was the staff's (who brought out the wrong size - I ordered 2 3XL shirts and received one L), I was told that I was to enter the store and exchange it. Otherwise the determination had been made that I would receive a refund. Not to mention that the hangers the shirts came on were both different and neither reflected the size of the shirts I ordered which may have contributed to the issue in the first place. I ordered 3 items. That's all. Three. And yet the options I was presented with as a solution completely defeat the convenience of a pickup order. I am so disappointed- I was made to feel like the mistake was mine, so not only do I feel like a liar - but now I also feel like my business does not matter. What's a shirt that can easily be exchanged? The no hassle experience with your pickup service. The young man who brought me my order advised me that he didn't know what happened but there was nothing he could do. Very frustrating experience. Initially he advised that he could go in and exchange it, when I asked how long that might take, he said "about 5-10 minutes." He was gone for about 5 minutes and resurfaced advising me that he was told that he couldn't "shop" for me. Forgive me... but isn't this the point of pickup? SO DISSATISFIED with this service. Especially since the young man had gotten this information from a superior. Please better train your staff and honor the service you offer.

I wish I could get this place zero stars, I have been saving up and wanted to get a Apple Watch, I went last night to get one came home opened the box, the face, band and charger were all missing. Someone took it all out of the box, shrink wrapped the box and got a refunded. I spoke with the manage last night and he said we could bring it in and return it.We brought it in this morning the manage David we talked to was very rude. We haven't gotten our money back, because they have to investigate in the Apple Watch! No money back no Apple Watch.

Why have a watch fixing stand when you guys can't even replace a battery of a watch and tell the customer to go to a jeweler... for a battery replacement..

This Walmart specifically is always clean, in order and their employees are very helpful. Their pharmacy technicians and their pharmacists run the extra mile to help you.

We love Subway restaurants. This one is clean and has very friendly staff. The vegetables were generous and not skimpy. Overall, this is a great SUbway Restaurant. We will be back to dine.

Love this store.. they are organized and all the employees I encountered have positive attitudes and are extremely helpful!! I drove all the way from Cleveland Oklahoma to shop here!!
