At this pharmacy, they take care of their customers and leave no stone unturned in an effort to get you your prescription. They offer an old fashion approach of caring about each customer. They are head and shoulders above the rest of the pharmacies in the area.

I had ordered a Spider-Man cake on December 30th to be ready by January 4th for my boyfriends 21st birthday. January 4th I called the Walmart and asked if the cake was ready because it was past the time to pick up and I never received an email confirmation to pick it up. I call and they tell me that their cake decorators have been out with Covid for the last 3 days. But FAILED TO INFORM ME THAT MY CAKE WOULD NOT BE MADE UNTIL THE DAY OF WHEN I NEEDED MY CAKE. Then the manager allowed me to pick whichever cake I wanted and he would give it to me for free for the “inconvenience”. So I choose an ice cream cake bc that’s my boyfriends second favorite choice & I ask them to put “happy birthday malachi”. She writes down how to spell his name M-A-L-A-C-H-I & she writes it on the cake and I go on my way home. The sticker on the box was covering the name so I didn’t get to see the name until I got home. I open up the cake lid to see that she MISSPELLED his name. She spelled “malichi” so not only did I not get the cake I paid for days in advance, I also didn’t get the ice cream cake I wanted either because she misspelled his name. So now my boyfriend does not have a cake for his 21st birthday because I threw away the ice cream cake because it looked tacky that I had to scrape off his name with a knife. Will NEVER be going back here. And would not recommend this Walmart to anyone.

I literally had someone watching every item I scanned at check out on her device. we then go to leave and we are stopped at a crowded exit and forced to show our receipts! Im sorry I already felt like they were watching my every move while actively scanning my items. i do not need to be treated like a criminal on my way out too! I can not wait for aldis and reasors to be on this side of town!

I have shopped this store for 15 years I will no longer shop here I tried to keep my $ local in Broken Arrow but NOW I'll try the Bixby location . The employees have been so rude lately The shelves are always empty The kid in the Meat Dept last night argued with me over the type of steak I was looking for So rude! You have it or you don't! Been there 3 days in a row looking for a flank steak ( usually next to skirt steaks ) they have been out for 3 days I asked about it and said I usually find it by the skirt steaks He Rudely told me they were nothing alike. Well the recipe says either or so I assumed they are alike ! I asked why the meat is always empty He rudely replied There's a meat shortage He could have politely said I understand the frustrations and explain a meat shortage Well, winco and Reasors don't have a shortage! The employees that are filling pick up orders literally run you over with their shopping bins. I understand it's challenging with other shoppers but I NEVER have ever ran into people with my buggy while shopping. Also when they are stocking Pulling the big pallets No excuse me ... nothing ! They just barge their way through Like no one is there I just can't believe how rude customer service has gotten here If I go several times looking for an item or 2 I am going to ask about it if they are out every time. I don't think they should be rude when asked a question. So good job! I am finally taking my hard earned $ to another town or even a new company Reasors or Winco !

I like that this location offers many self checkout stations as well as the roomier Scan and Go option. The reasons for the poor ratings: The produce sucks :( I can't keep track of how many times I need cilantro or basil and they don't have it. I don't know why I even still go to this store anymore lol. It's a challenge to find apples without bruises. The Walmart in-store shoppers (Walmart employees shopping for pick up customers, delivery, etc.) feel like they are on every single aisle! It's really inconvenient and they take up a lot of room.

This is probably the worst Walmart I've ever had to use. There's never any carts OR bags. How are you supposed to self bag your groceries without any bags?! And then there's never any carts inside the store to get your groceries with. The employees are super unhelpful and do the hard minimum. And don't even get me started on grocery pickup or delivery. If you do pickup- expect to wait 30+ minutes to get your groceries. If you do delivery, prepare to have a bunch of substitutions because the store never carries the items it says online. And finally- I think the reason they never have bags in checkout is because they use one bag for one item all for grocery pickup/delivery. So wasteful.

March 15 2021. My brother and I where shopping at the Wal-Mart on 71st 145th. About 9:20 -9:30 p.m. we were approached by a couple officers and were. Detained in the electronics department. The officers were told that my brother and I were ," trying to steal apple ipads". It's a shame that the officers weren't smart enough to understand that the iPad's are locked behind glass. We told the officers they could search us. They didn't then I ask one officer if I could see the security footage for my self. She looked down and to the left as she said ," I was not allowed too see it". As the confrontation was coming to a close, one officer (S.Peterson) was on the phone with some one and said," well what do you want me to do with them?" Knowing that at this point the security cameras didn't have us doing anything but shopping. The officer (S.Peterson) said," do you want me to let them pay for their stuff, then escort them off the property?" We laughed as we had a cart full of home goods for my brothers apartment. The officer proceeded to ask another officer if she would escort us out. She complied. We didn't take the cart to the front we left it there. As we got to the front door the officer said we were not allowed to back on the property. If we were caught on it we would be sighted for trespassing. Though they have us no paper work. The Wal-Mart will falsely accuse people that are just shopping as if they are stealing. Then use b.a. police to do there dirty work. I've lived in b.a. for 28 year this is the first time I've ever been treated falsely like this. Is this what this city has become ?

Don't bring your car here for service. They are slow, rude, and unhelpful. Worst experience I've had at a Walmart.

I frequently use the pick up service, and Josh was awesome this morning! He made sure I was happy with my substitutions, and I was very impressed with how he loaded my items! Thanks Josh, you are appreciated!!

I'm giving this store two stars simply because the store manager said I could come back and return my items. Dawn and Theresa at the service desk told me my items were non returnable even though they could see that I had purchased them. I asked them why and they told me it was because I had used another card to purchase items as well. They said I could use my ID and get store credit, which I declined because they have proof I purchased them on my card.... I informed them I have returned items before to my card when I had used these exact two cards. I said I didn't want to use my ID because months ago we bought a Blu-ray player that stopped working within a week and she had made me return it using a gift card and it was relatively expensive. She said that I clearly knew there was an issue with these cards and returns (even though I have made returns like this before with no problem) and that since I knew I was going to return it I should have payed separately. I have 4 children and don't have time, with two babies, to sort out my transaction to make it more convenient IN CASE I end up having to return something. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and tried to move onto the next customer. They didn't offer up a store manager or even TRY to help me out (after waiting months to return items because of covid, to which I say it's ridiculous to think I have a receipt from March). I was very disappointed at the way they bullied me into not making a return. I had to call the corporate complaint line because no one answered the phone at the store and my representative said she had to go through the pharmacy number in order for anyone to pick up the line. Overall a very disappointing experience and I will be going to the 71st street location from now on.

You know, when you go to Walmart, you get the typical Walmart experience.... misery. However, this one is so different than any Walmart I've been too. My husband hates Walmart, and even he says this place is different! When you walk in you're warmly greeted. All staff ask if you're finding everything ok, and say if you need help just ask. There's no shortage of staff. The staff are just so friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and well organized. I love the pick up service too! Definitely recommend!!

Just wanted you to know how truly disappointed I am with my recent 150 piece chicken order from this Sunday. It was horrible and disgusting. I had many complaints from my guests and I can see why. There was 5 times the amount of breading than meat. I spent a lot of money for nothing. You need to do something about your deli department. I will never buy from there again and will go somewhere else for my next event. wonder if your produce manager really cares what he/she is putting out to your customers but I have been so disappointed with 3 items in particular lately. I have twice purchased red seedless grapes at $2.88/# and they were completely bland and unsweet. I went to spouts yesterday and got grapes at half your price and 200% better. Honestly, between produce going bad quickly, fruit with visible mold on shelf and just a general lack of pride your manager shows in his/her product (unlike Sprouts and Reasors) I will be buying my fruit and produce elsewhere. Quality counts people, NOT just price

I usually dont have a problem with Walmart. And I love the bakery chicken. But the bakery at the Walmart on Elm in Broken Arrow is absolutely terrible. Every time I go in their chicken is soggy and gross. It's never fresh. I ask for fresh chicken and they said they can't do that. I've never had this problem at any other walmart. And if I ask for fresh chicken it's not a problem. And I'm always waiting for a long time for someone to help me and take my order.

Sat on the phone for 12minutes as it continued to ring. Once they picked up the phone I was immediately transferred to another line that continued to ring for a couple more minutes with no answer. The same person picked up the phone again and said "let me see if I can find somebody to help". Another ten minutes on hold, she came back and answered part of my question. Seven minutes on hold, she came back and finished the answer. I just wanted to return some meat that had gone bad a week and a half before the expiration. First time I've returned something to Wal Mart in years. Now I remember why I don't do it that often. Either way, this store's customer service is weak on a good day. Although, they don't have any issues with checking your receipt and cart before you walk out the door. This after you have been recorded from multiple angles and had to check out and bag your own groceries. Oh and if you try to purchase any multitude of random items you have to wait on the person to come scan their card and put in their code numbers after they look in your bag, look you up and down, and rarely speak kindly to you. It's just out of line. Next thing we can expect is armed guards at the doors and registers. Disgusted to say the least.
