Horrible customer service. I was referred to them. Got my taxes to them, they confeed they got them but may need to file an exaention bc the deadline was near. Sure, I had no problem with that. Now over 2 weeks later I cant get them to call me back or email and I have no idea what is happening with my taxes. Run from this place

Unfortunately, I got conned into using this place. They started off with smiles, and things took a turn for the worst. The relationship ended when my documents were required to be picked up and were physically THROWN at me for me to pick up. I had had questions about my paperwork, making sure everything got turned in, and Michelle got offended and flustered and could not poise herself in a professional manner. She also growled at me... Growled. I understand people go through things in life, and I’m the first to normally be understanding, but I was treated SO poorly. This is the first bad review I have ever left someone.
