“Found out that our Porsche couldn't start at around 7pm (luckily, it happened right in front of our cabin near Broken Bow Lake). The customer service answered my phone call immediately and gave me an accurate estimated time of arrival at our cabin (~1.5 hrs). They actually arrived a bit earlier than that, quickly confirmed that the issue was with the battery, and immediately helped jump-start the car. Also kindly advised us for the next steps. Highly recommend them for their fair pricing, honesty, and professionalism.”

“On our way out of town headed back to Central Texas my brakes started grinding and I knew I couldn’t make it home without getting them serviced. I found R&R and Randy took great care of my F250. One of the rotors was toast and both front sets of pads were gone. He jumped right on it and got it all done within an hour and a half. He even said if I had called him on Sunday he would have come in to take care of me. Can’t brag on him enough! Great job!!!”
