We went in to order at 5:55pm tonight. Did not get our 2 pizzas until 7pm because they lost the order. The order that was given while no one else was in the store so how did you lose it? Nothing done to right it. Then when we get to the hotel 2 minutes away because we aren't from here the pizzas are not cooked well looks like they were just thrown in the box and baked. Poor customer service all the way next time I will go to pizza hut.

Talked with a gentleman from Cleburne, Texas and he was very helpful with my phone order. He took his time answering my questions and I asked him over 12 questions! He had very great customer service and patience! Thank you!

The pizza is good, people are nice, but wait time is ridiculous. Last time I ordered I was told it old be 2 hrs and 45 minutes before it would be ready.

My family and I are in out of town and got in later than planned. So we called this location and asked about delivery. The will deliver to the Hochatown Lodge parking lot. GREAT! Placed the order, they said wait 10 minutes and then leave. My husband went ahead and left. 40 minutes later I get an 8 second voicemail from the store. No one saying anything. When I called to see the status my order was cancelled! The manager informed me, because no one answered the phone, they cancelled the order. And then when I ask about the pizzas all the drivers have gone home for the night 40 minutes before closing?I understand this policy, but why then tell us to leave in 10 minutes? Why wasn't there a message left stating "call us back by ___ or the order is cancelled"?I have my own thoughts as to why and how things really happened in the background, but everything above are just facts. I hope this review saves another traveler aggravation. Blessed be.

Ordered online and went thru the drive thru. The gentleman was super nice and efficient and the pizza and bread was delicious.. appreciate getting it all right..

I recommend no one to buy from dominos. They allow workers to smoke and drink in the store.GM talks bad about past GMs by name (they should really watch who they talk to people know each other)Also worst employment place ever.They fire someone over a loss in a family. They run you to the ground. People have been caught smoking in the walk-in and nothing has been done with those employees. I’d watch where you order from.

Food was great, customer service was abysmal. The gentleman behind the counter said my pizzas were coming out of the oven and then I literally watched him make my pizzas and put them in the oven. Once they were done, I waited at least 5 minutes before someone would allow me to pay for the food. It seemed like they perhaps missed my order, I ended up getting my food over 20 minutes beyond the later of the time window provided online. I get that places can be busy, but if the guy had told me "hey it will be 10 or 15 minutes, I could have gone out to my car and spent time with my family instead of standing at the counter thinking it would be a minute or two. It didn't seem like they were busy, but I might have missed something. Overall, the experience would have been better if the employees were just honest and helped me as soon as my pizza order was complete.

They accepted our delivery order over the phone and confirmed that our address was within their delivery area. After over an hour had passed, we called the store to check and spoke with employee Justin. He informed us that they now are refusing to deliver and questioned who we spoke to before. He states, “that was probably our A.I. and they aren’t supposed to verify deliver addresses.” Yeah, ok, I’m not sure I believe that but also it was Domino’s agent either way. When asked why he didn’t call us, he says that they ignore call-in orders until when they get to them later. He would have called us hours later just to tell us that he was now refusing to make the order. He offered no apology or anything to make up for their clear error, “we did everything we could”. They didn’t even pay attention to the order and we had to call them. I know expectations are very low for Domino’s in general but they now don’t feel that that have to provide basic service or keep their word. So many other options near Broken Bow, don’t waste your time here.

Not one person including the manager wore gloves all 5 employees handled my food their hats phones money their clothes no one washed hands or put on gloves once... We got our money back and told them that was a absolutely disgusting!! They said they aren't required to wear em... No thank you not again... Guy was friendly tho about it!!! Apologized and said he agreed!!

1am delivery is a lie.Regardless of what you'll tip its not worth their time after whatever arbitrary time they choose.I'm low key kinda happy that I didn't just pay $100 for a pizza and some tasty popcorn chicken..

I ordered online and picked up the pizza 10 minutes later. Could have used a little more tomato sauce, but otherwise good pizza. Courteous, friendly service
