VERY RUDE!!! and I’ve come to find out I’m not the only person one of the male employees has refused service to, he does it quite often to a lot of people even when they have everything needed to purchase! I recommend going elsewhere!

I watched a employee deny tobacco sells to a girl with her drivers license saying he isn’t selling to her his name was Adrian galjour and as far as costumer services I’m in there just about every day and he has always been very rude and he is part of the problem in Hochatown and I believe ez mart would truly gain something if he was let go

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the unacceptable treatment I received from an employee at your store E-Z Mart, July, 14th 2025 at 5:40 PM
This Guy in question was rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their attitude was entirely inappropriate: I was on the store with my kids and we try to pay with Apple Pay and he came telling us with a bad attitude that it doesn't work, when I try to open the wallet to pay with card he repeated the same with an arrogant actitud , I told him that its not the best way to take care of customer.
I am aware that this is not the first complaint filed against this person — several reports have already been made regarding similar behavior. This indicates a lack of proper follow-up from management, and it's concerning that someone with such conduct is still allowed to interact with customers.

Creepy guy at the counter refused to sell me a case of beer, despite providing proper ID for literally no reason. He did not provide any logic, just said no. He did the same to a few customers ahead of me. Fire this employee he’s obviously on some power trip

My friends and I (BLACK) are currently in Broken Bow, OK on a vacation. We stopped by the EZ Mart to get a case of beer. My friend went in and was told that he needed his ID to buy a case of beer. He didnt have his wallet (but btw he is way over 21) so he went outside to have another one of our friends go in to buy instead since he had his wallet. The lady at the front made him (my other friend who went in) go get a new case of beer and said he couldnt buy the one that was previously brought to the counter which does not make any sense.
We went back in the store and the same situation happened to two people in front of us but this time, she didnt ask for their ID (They were WHITE). It was clearly discrimination. She stated she have to ID people based on their “LOOK”…The cashier’s name is Tricia. My question to Tricia is why didn’t you ID the WHITE customers who came in to buy drinks with alcohol in it but instead you wanted to ID m black friend. I get it, you have a job to do and ID people who want to purchase beer/alcoholic beverages, but make it fair across the board. Don’t make the Black guy go get his ID because of his “LOOKS” and let the White customers get a pass.
Once again the cashier’s name is Tricia.

Very rude!!! Whispered about me and watched me close like I wanted to steal something. I bought a bottle of water bc I'm exhausted from hiking. A older dark haired lady and younger girl with glasses. Didn't even greet me or say hello.

They have overpriced snacks and the guy at the register was watching us, maybe because we are Mexican but when we got to the register he didn't even smile and literally tapped all aggressive on the counter by a simple mistake when placing our card in the machine. Chill man we just want snacks and we will go.😂

These employees are so nice! I read some previous comments and some customers seemed unhappy with the service, but I would strongly disagree.
I came in looking for long neck lighter and they didn’t have any on the shelf, so I asked the store clerk at the counter. She apologized for the inconvenience and said they just got a truck delivery in and they were currently unloading it. Another employee who was unloading that delivery said she would open every delivery box until she found them for me. About 2 minutes later, and after opening all but 2 boxes, she found them! I was grateful, they were grateful for my patience and for my business. Great experience!
Also, prices are reasonable for the area overall!
