Nice kids working there but be sure to check your equipment before paddling out. Paddle blade snapped off the paddle stick in a jagged manor not consistent with damage induced from water. Rather, it was consistent with hitting rocks and making cracks that probably occurred from whoever used it before us. We didn’t check the equipment for cracks before setting out, so make sure you do because even if you are not the ones who cause this, they will still try to charge you.

We had an issue when renting paddleboards but it was more than made up for by the owner. Five stars for great customer service.

Nothing is more annoying than showing up wanting to rent equipment on a Sunday at 2pm when they’re supposed to be open, and no one is here. No sign, no one answering the phone- nothing.

We had high hopes for this place on a girls trip recently and were disappointedThe website is outdated. Hours of operation are completely wrong. My daughter, a few of her girlfriends, and I went to this location yesterday at 1:30pm. Google hours show they open at 10am. No one was there. No cars. Nothing. I knocked on the white door with no answer. Tubes, kayaks, and paddle boards were outside locked up. We waited 30 or so minutes and left.

Very poor, not a welcoming experience at all. They do not know how to communicate with customers, or treat them. Unreasonable and disrespectful.

Be careful when reviewing the waivers. They will charge you for broken equipment even if it’s not your fault. My boyfriend’s paddle for his paddle board broke snapped halfway through the 1 hour ride just from him paddling and he was unable to stand up and paddle for half of the time we paid for. Instead of being understanding or even refunding us for part of the hour, they charged us $40 for the paddle on top of the whole charge. The insolent worker followed us to the parking lot when we were getting our credit card to pay for the broken equipment and didn’t show any compassion during the entire exchange. He just said “that’s just how it is.”

Made reservations in advance and glad we did as they were busy the morning we arrived (Saturday). The girls working there were super helpful and friendly!!

The young adults that worked on 6/25 provided excellent customer service. My son and I had a great time. Highly recommend.
