Internet service has worked reliably for the past 3 years I've owned a property near Beaver's Bend. When I arrived at my cabin last night I discovered that it was not functioning. I filed a ticket with Pine Cellular this morning at 7:50 AM. A tech came out and resolved the problem by 8:45 AM. I have Spectrum at home and I've never seen them resolve an issue as quickly as the regional ISP. Super impressed.

Wireless home internet: Every month we use all of our alloted data, and it is understandably suspended. But after the suspension, I am charged an overage fee. How can I be going over when my internet has already been suspended? I have tried emailing about this issue, and never received any response. My dad has the exact same issue. I believe it is related to the pinging of the router/modem in my home, and that I am being charged for their telemetry data. Cellular service (data) cuts out frequently, and is sometimes remedied by toggling airplane mode. ********************* support is sub-par in the retail locations.

This is the worst cellular company around, if you want bad, this is where it is at. They keep getting worse on a daily basis, you will never run out of it.

Broken Bow customer service is so great. A lady named Grace always helps me with my phone. She is awesome. As of the signal service it is frustrating. I know they are working on better tower signal so I am continuing to be patient.

Called 6! Times no answer, my phone never receives or sends picture message or just long messages, and the customer service acts like I'm bothering them.

I don't even know where to begin. This is the worst managed company from training to service I've ever seen. Transferring a phone number from outside the area code was a nightmare to start, from putting codes into the phone to getting my number out of limbo from the other carrier. Bad Sign!!! I depended on this phone for business and in February of 22 when Att upgraded their towers to 5g and canceled 3g service my phone stopped working outside the 580 area code. My phone is 4g so it should work right? No no no. I got the run around for two weeks and ordered many unlocked phones to try and get them working...it didn't work. I couldn't even call back my work and this almost cost my job. Absolutely ridic. I could get Data over the towers and make "internet phone calls" but no one could call me and I couldn't dial out. They only have a nationwide contract with Att who the blame for all this, yikes. It's your fault Pine, take some responsibility before you're bankrupt. Seems like some simple coding would fix this mess. They also acted like no one had ever ordered a phone and had it shipped to them. I sincerely hope a carrier buys them that cares more about their customers. 0 stars. Don't do it.
