We were on vacation , and one of our dogs developed a dry cough, which had me worried it might be kennel cough (even though we don’t take him to a kennel). When I explained this concern to Pratt Veterinary Services, they were immediately helpful and reassured me that it was likely allergies. They suggested giving him children’s Benadryl, and it worked perfectly! I’m so grateful for their quick, knowledgeable advice. Their staff is wonderful, caring, and professional—I highly recommend them!

I always bring my dog here for all her vet needs. They are very helpful and seem to be able to get my pup in the office relatively quickly. I know all the office staff love her, and I know she’s in good hands! :)

While camping in the area from out of town, our little dog had an incident needing stitches Saturday evening. We called Dr. Pratt’s office after hours and he immediately returned our call. We were able to send a pic of the wound and he was able to quickly diagnose and guide us on next steps and where to go. The 15 minutes you gave us Saturday evening was a true blessing and tremendous help. Thank you so much for your assistance and direction.

We are so impressed with the care and commitment Dr. Pratt gave to our golden retriever. He took her into surgery immediately and ensured that she was healing well during her animal hospital stay. We are so grateful that he took such wonderful care of our girl and saved her life. We highly recommend taking your pet to Dr. Pratt for the best veterinary care. The staff are always so kind and helpful and make the experience top notch.

They couldn’t s get me in last minute my house dog had fleas receptionist was friendly told I could get what he needed over counter and which ones worked best and what to look out for was pleased with the help

I drove over 4½ hrs to see Dr Pratt & get my SHOW DOG Echo's ears cropped. I was very clear that he will be SHOWN. Even showed them pics of what I needed. Well guess what I got a Cane Corso with flipping fighting pit bull ears.
We've told our credit card we are contesting the fee paid on the card (203$) & will take further action if need be. My beautiful well behaved CC looks like a damn pit bull. The pics are 14 days to the day after surgery.

I had to bring in to of my pets one was Percy and the other one was chorizo this vet don't play around when it comes to animals so thanks for making my baby's better

I took my 3 pups in for ear crops. Staff was very friendly and courteous but the vet was absolutely rude. Insisted on giving them booster shots after being told they had their shots already. He did 3 different crops on 3 different dogs, I mean none of them even look the same. He completely butchered one of the pups ears . They look horrible. We told him and the staff the pups were from 3 different homes and needed their own meds, they gave us one bag with pain pills and 2 bottles of antibiotics . We had to didvide the meds so each owner had meds to take home. We will never use this clinic again

They went above and beyond when my sweet bengal boy Clyde got very ill. They worked us in, listened to my suggestions, was very through on his exam and gave very accurate treatment for his condition. He had a full workup and the bill was very fair.

This was my 1st time here and it did not disappoint, I'm looking forward to future check ups on my fur babies. Great staff, very friendly and the visit went by quick for all 3 of my animals I took today. Would definitely recommend to others seeking veterinary help.

Dr Pratt is the only veterinarian We Trust our fur babies with. Dr Pratt and his receptionists and technicians are always very plight and professional we know our fur babies are getting the best care. Five stars ? ????.P.S and we do miss the former owner Dr Steele.
